大学生职业期望、专业承诺与择业效能感的关系研究

【摘要】: 本研究针对当前我国高校学生的就业现状,结合国内外有关职业指导的理论,以山东省五所高校的462名大学生为被试,采用吴谅谅、李宝仙论文中的职业期望量表,吴兰花编制的大学生专业承诺量表以及胡艳红编制的中国大学生择业效能感问卷,通过SPSS 16.0for Windows,运用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、相关分析、多元回归分析等方法,考察了大学生职业期望、专业承诺与择业效能感的特点以及三者之间的关系,并得出以下结论: (1)大学生职业期望存在着性别、生源地和学科差异。女生比男生更倾向于追求职业的稳定性因素;城市学生比农村学生更注重职业的声望地位和稳定性因素,而农村学生比城市学生更看重职业的自我发展因素;术科学生声望地位维度的得分显著高于文科和理科,医科学生显著高于文科,术科和医科学生稳定性因素上的得分显著高于理科。 (2)大学生专业承诺存在着性别、生源地和学科差异。女生的规范承诺得分高于男生:城市学生继续承诺、理想承诺和总承诺的得分显著高于农村学生;术科和医科在专业承诺各个维度的得分都显著高于文科,且在感情承诺和总承诺的得分显著高于理科,术科和医科分别在继续承诺和规范承诺的得分显著高于理科。 (3)大学生择业效能感存在着性别、生源地、年级和学科差异。男生自我评价和信息收集得分高于女生,但在目标设定上低于女生;城市学生获得的社会支持高于农村学生;大二学生的总效能感显著高于大一学生,大三学生的自我概念得分显著高于大一和大四学生,大二、大三和大四学生的信息收集能力显著高于大一学生,大四显著高于大二学生。 (4)大学生职业期望各维度与择业效能感各维度之间大多数存在着显著性正相关,专业承诺各维度与择业效能感各维度之间大多数存在着显著性正相关,职业期望各维度与专业承诺各维度之间大多数存在着显著性正相关。 (5)大学生职业期望和专业承诺能够预测择业效能感,专业承诺在职业期望与择业效能感之间起中介作用。理想承诺、感情承诺、自我发展因素、规范承诺、稳定性因素直接影响择业效能感,声望地位因素通过理想承诺和感情承诺间接影响择业效能感,自我发展因素通过感情承诺和规范承诺、稳定性因素通过规范承诺间接影响择业效能感。
[Abstract]:This study aims at the present employment situation of college students in our country, combined with the theory of vocational guidance at home and abroad, taking 462 college students from five universities in Shandong Province as the subjects, using Wu consideration. The career expectation scale in Li Baoxian's thesis, the professional commitment scale of college students compiled by Wu Lan and the Chinese college students' sense of career efficacy questionnaire by Hu Yanhong. By means of SPSS 16.0 for Windows, using independent sample t-test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and so on, the author investigated college students' career expectation. The characteristics of professional commitment and job selection efficacy, and the relationship between them, and the following conclusions are drawn: (1) there are differences of gender, origin of students and subjects in college students' career expectation. Female students are more inclined to pursue career stability than male students; Urban students pay more attention to the prestige status and stability of occupation than rural students, while rural students pay more attention to professional self-development than urban students. The scores of prestige status of technical students were significantly higher than those of liberal arts and science, the scores of medical students were significantly higher than those of liberal arts, and the scores of stability factors of technical and medical students were significantly higher than those of science. (2) students' professional commitment has gender, place of origin and discipline difference. Female students' scores of normative commitment are higher than that of male students: urban students' continuing commitment, ideal commitment and total commitment score are significantly higher than rural students'; The scores of each dimension of professional commitment were significantly higher than that of liberal arts, and the scores of emotional commitment and total commitment were significantly higher than those of science. The scores of continuing commitment and normative commitment in surgery and medicine were significantly higher than those in science. (3) there are differences in gender, student origin, grade and subject. The scores of male students' self-evaluation and information collection are higher than that of female students, but lower than that of female students' goal setting. The social support of urban students is higher than that of rural students. The total efficacy of sophomore students was significantly higher than that of freshmen. The scores of self-concept of sophomore students were significantly higher than those of freshmen and senior students. The information-gathering abilities of sophomore, junior and senior students were significantly higher than those of freshmen. Senior students were significantly higher than sophomore students. (4) most of the dimensions of college students' career expectation and job selection efficacy have significant positive correlation, and most of the dimensions of professional commitment and career efficacy have significant positive correlation. Most of the dimensions of career expectation and professional commitment were positively correlated. 5) College students' professional expectation and professional commitment can predict the sense of job selection efficacy, professional commitment plays an intermediary role between career expectation and job choice efficacy, ideal commitment, emotional commitment, self-development factors. Normative commitment, stability factors directly affect the sense of career efficacy, reputation and status through ideal commitment and emotional commitment indirectly affect the sense of career efficacy, self-development factors through emotional commitment and normative commitment. Stability factors indirectly affect job selection efficacy through normative commitment.
