【摘要】：本研究根据以往的研究文献、访谈，探究人格与职业倾向之间的影响关系。采用大五人格量表、霍兰德职业倾向测验量表，对涵盖20个本科专业的大三学生进行测量，获得包括专业背景、性别在内的十三个变量。通过变量之间的相关分析，，运用线性模型进行单变量和多变量变异数分析(Multivariate general linear model)，获得基本的数据特征。利用以上的数据结果分析大五人格各变量对职业倾向的影响关系。本次调查研究得出以下结论： 1．大五人格因子的神经质倾向存在极其显著的性别差异。 2．大五人格和职业倾向类型之间存在丰富的交互影响作用。 3．职业倾向存在显著的性别差异。 4．职业倾向在专业背景上存在显著的差异。 5．职业价值观对职业倾向存在显著的影响。
[Abstract]:This study, based on previous studies and interviews, explores the relationship between personality and professional tendencies.
The big five personality scale, Hollander occupation aptitude test scale to measure covering 20 undergraduate Junior, including professional background, thirteen variables including sex. Through the analysis of the correlation between variables, using the linear model of single variable and multivariate quantitative analysis of variance (Multivariate general, linear model) the basic features of the data obtained. The impact of each variable on the big five personality occupation tendency of relationship analysis using the above data.
The following conclusions are drawn by the study.
There are extremely significant gender differences in the neuroticism of the 1. five personality factors.
There is a rich interaction effect between the 2. five personality and the professional tendencies.
There are significant gender differences in 3. occupational tendencies.
There are significant differences in professional background between 4. professional tendencies.
5. occupational values have a significant impact on career orientation.
