大学生人格、宿舍人际关系和心理健康的关系研究

【摘要】：近年来,大学生的心理健康问题越来越引起社会各界的重视和关注。众多的研究已证实,人格和人际关系与心理健康有着密切的关系,伴随着多起大学生恶性心理事件的发生,大学生宿舍人际关系引起了心理学工作者的重视。一些咨询和调查的资料也表明:大学生宿舍人际关系是凸现心理健康问题的一个指标,而人格因素对宿舍人际关系的好坏具有一定的意义。鉴于此,本文试图探讨宿舍人际关系好坏和心理健康程度高低不同的大学生在人格上有何差异;人格、宿舍人际关系和心理健康三者之间是如何相互作用、相互影响的。本研究选取河北师范大学、石家庄学院6个系408名大学生为研究对象。采用的调查工具为王登峰的中国人人格量表(Qingnian Zhongguo personality Scale QZPS)和SCL—90症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90),人际关系的测量采用莫雷诺的社会计量法中的社会指数分析法对大学生在宿舍受欢迎程度进行测量。研究结果表明: (1) 大学生的心理健康整体水平较差。大学生心理健康总分在生源、性别、学业成绩、家庭年收入上差异不显著。独生子女的心理健康水平高于非独生子女。 (2) 大学生人格在性别、生源、是否班干部、宿舍长、家庭年收入等方面存在差异,女生比男生、农村大学生比城市和县城的大学生、班干部和宿舍长比普通大学生、家庭收入低的大学生比家庭收入高的大学生拥有更多的积极人格品质。 (3) 拥有较多积极人格品质的大学生心理更健康、宿舍人际关系更好、学业成绩更佳。尤其是乐观的人格品质,对大学生的心理健康具有较好的预测作用。 (4) 人格、宿舍人际关系均会影响大学生的心理健康,其中人格因素通过作用于人际关系进而影响大学生的心理健康。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the psychological health of college students has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. Many studies have confirmed that personality and interpersonal relationships are closely related to mental health. With the occurrence of many college students' malignant psychological events. The interpersonal relationship of college students' dormitory has attracted the attention of psychologists. Some consulting and investigation materials also show that interpersonal relationship of college students' dormitory is an indicator of mental health problems. The personality factor has certain significance to the dormitory interpersonal relationship. In view of this, this article attempts to explore the dormitory interpersonal relationship and psychological health degree of college students in the personality differences; How does personality, dormitory interpersonal relationship and mental health interact and affect each other. This study selects Hebei normal University. 408 college students from 6 departments of Shijiazhuang University were investigated with Wang Dengfeng's Chinese Personality scale (. Qingnian Zhongguo personality Scale QZPSs and SCL-90 symptom Checklist. Symptom Checklist 90). The social index method in Moreno's social metrology was used to measure the popularity of college students in dormitory. The results show that: 1) the overall level of mental health of college students is poor. The total score of mental health of college students is in the source of students, gender, academic achievement. The mental health level of the only child is higher than that of the non-only child. 2) there are differences in gender, source of students, class cadres, length of dormitory, annual income of family and so on. Female students are more than boys and rural college students are more than those in cities and counties. Class cadres and dormitory leaders have more positive personality traits than ordinary college students, and the students with lower family income have more positive personality qualities than those with high family income. College students with more positive personality traits have better psychological health, better interpersonal relationship and better academic performance, especially the optimistic personality. It can predict the mental health of college students. 4) Personality and interpersonal relationship in dormitory can all affect the mental health of college students, among which personality factors affect the mental health of college students by acting on interpersonal relationships.
