大学生考试焦虑现状及其影响因素的研究

【摘要】：近年来国内外已经开展了一系列研究，对学生的考试焦虑情况有了一定程度的了解，本研究是研究大学生考试焦虑的现状以及探索出影响大学生考试焦虑的因素，结果显示，大学生的考试焦虑现状十分严重，有焦虑感的学生达到总人数的55.2％，而高度焦虑的学生达到总人数的19.0％。通过对学生考试焦虑程度的非参数检验的结果可知，在年级和性别上差异不显著。而存在显著的学校类型差异，，辽宁师范大学的学生的考试焦虑程度最高，其次是大连医科大学，最低的是大连轻工业学院。大学生考试焦虑的影响因素是：对学业不良的担忧、考场环境的不利因素、对考试后果的担忧、突发事件的干扰以及求全心理。对学业不良的担忧这个影响因素上年级主效应显著。大三、大四的学生对学业不良的担忧高于大一、大二的学生。而在其他4个影响因素上年级主效应不显著。考场环境的不利因素及求全心理这两个影响因素上性别主效应显著。女生受考场环境的影响高于男生；女生的求全心理高于男生。而在其他3个影响因素上性别主效应不显著。对学业不良的担忧、考场环境的不利因素、突发事件的干扰及求全心理上，学校类型主效应都显著。辽师和大医学生的担忧程度高于轻工的学生；辽师的学生比大医和轻工的学生容易受考场环境的影响；辽师和轻工的学生比大医的学生容易受突发事件的影响；辽师学生的求全心理高于大医和轻工的学生。而在对考试后果的担忧上学校类型主效应不显著。
