促进虚拟学习环境生态化的教师行为规范研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着远程网络教学走过初期粗放型的发展历程,虚拟学习环境的构建陷入了深入发展的瓶颈。虚拟教学过程中,不断出现不和谐的问题,如重视技术而忽视网络教学策略、海量信息资源使学生疲于应付而在线学习效果收获甚微、在线教学人际情感冷漠导致网络学习缺乏活力等。虚拟学习环境下的这些失衡现象与教师不规范的在线行为脱不开关系。运用生态学观点诠释虚拟学习环境中教师行为引起的生态失衡,并以生态视角分析、探寻促进环境生态化发展的教师行为规范成为解决虚拟学习环境生态失衡的关键之举。 本文主要由发现问题、分析问题、解决问题和验证结论四个部分组成。首先,以生态学视角探究了虚拟学习环境下教师行为引起的生态失衡现状。其次,分析了物理、社会子环境下影响教师行为的“生态因子”,进而归结出了生态化虚拟学习环境下几种典型的教师在线行为。再次,从生态视角出发制定了促进虚拟学习环境生态化的教师行为规范,共计30条。最后,论文结尾针对教师行为规范是否能够促进环境的生态发展以及实践应用等问题阐述了验证规范的设想。 本文运用生态学理论解决虚拟学习环境中教师行为的问题,提供了促进生态化虚拟学习环境发展的具体解决思路,这将有助于生态化虚拟学习环境理论研究的丰富和发展,也将为在线教师的实践提供有益的约束和指导。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the extensive development of distance network teaching, the construction of virtual learning environment has fallen into the bottleneck of in-depth development. If we attach importance to technology and ignore the network teaching strategy, the massive information resources make the students tired of coping, but the effect of online learning is very little. The relationship between these imbalance phenomena in virtual learning environment and teachers' nonstandard online behavior is not separated. Using Ecological View to explain Teaching in Virtual Learning Environment. The ecological imbalance caused by teacher's behavior, From the perspective of ecology, it is the key to solve the ecological imbalance of virtual learning environment to explore the teachers' behavior norms to promote the ecological development of the environment. This paper mainly consists of four parts: discovering problem, analyzing problem, solving problem and verifying conclusion. Firstly, the ecological imbalance caused by teacher's behavior in virtual learning environment is explored from the perspective of ecology. Secondly, physics is analyzed. The ecological factors that influence teachers' behavior under social subenvironment, and then summed up several typical online behaviors of teachers in ecological virtual learning environment. From the perspective of ecology, the author formulates 30 rules of teachers' behavior to promote the ecology of virtual learning environment. Finally, At the end of the paper, the author expounds the assumption of the verification criterion on whether the teacher behavior code can promote the ecological development of the environment and its practical application. This paper applies ecological theory to solve the problem of teachers' behavior in virtual learning environment, and provides a concrete solution to promote the development of ecological virtual learning environment, which will be helpful to enrich and develop the theory of ecological virtual learning environment. It will also provide useful constraints and guidance for the practice of online teachers.
