统筹解决农民工子女教育问题

【摘要】：我国的基本国情和人口发展趋势决定了在今后相当长一段时期内,以农民工为主体的人口流动现象将持续存在,农民工子女数量也将不断增加。在解决农民工子女教育问题上应秉持统筹的思路。"统筹"有层次之分,首先,需要将"流动儿童"和"留守儿童"视作农民工子女群体的有机组成部分,统筹予以考虑;其次,在具体解决"流动儿童"和"留守儿童"教育问题时也要有一种统筹的视野。可以说,统筹的思路贯穿于解决农民工子女教育问题的全过程和每一具体环节之中。
[Abstract]:The basic situation of our country and the trend of population development determine that in a long period of time, the phenomenon of population flow with migrant workers as the main body will continue to exist and the number of children of migrant workers will increase constantly. Children "children" and "left behind children" are considered as an organic part of the children of migrant workers, and they should be considered as a whole. Secondly, there should be an overall vision in solving the education problems of "floating children" and "left behind children". It can be said that the overall plan is through the whole process of solving the problem of rural migrant workers' children's education and each specific link.
