国际英才教育的现状及对我国英才教育的思考

【摘要】：近年来,英才教育已经成为国际教育界研究的热点问题。本文首先介绍全球英才教育的发展及现状,分析当今英才教育面临的困境:英才学生鉴别标准单一、参与英才教育计划的学生人数有限、教育师资缺乏专业性等,由此引发对中国英才教育的思考,并提出加强政府对英才教育的支持和鼓励、建立一套客观完善的英才鉴别体系、建立开放的教育模式等观点,以期对我国英才教育工作提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the education of talents has become a hot issue in international educational circles. This paper first introduces the development and present situation of the education of talented people in the world, and analyzes the difficulties faced by the education of talented people nowadays: the single criterion for the identification of talented students, the limited number of students participating in the educational programs of talents, the lack of professional teaching staff, etc. This led to thinking about the education of Chinese talents, and put forward some viewpoints, such as strengthening the government's support and encouragement for the education of talented people, establishing a set of objective and perfect system for the identification of talents, and establishing an open education model, and so on. In order to provide reference and reference to the work of education of talented people in our country.
