新课程改革中初中教师心理健康问题研究

【摘要】：如今,我国基础教育阶段的课程改革越来越深入,改革的力度也越来越大。在新型的教育背景下,很多一线教师都积极投入到教学改革的浪潮中,努力探索新型的教学方法,构建新型的教学模式,寻找符合学生发展规律的教学形式,总结新的教学经验和理论,为现代课程教学改革贡献自己的力量。在这个探索过程中,同时也是教师转型的一个时期。在教学观念方面,一些教师可能还没有适应,那么就会给教师的教学心理带来很大冲击和挑战。基于此,从教师心理健康的角度进行分析探讨,研究新课程改革背景下初中教师心理健康的主要问题。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the curriculum reform in the basic education stage of our country is getting deeper and deeper, and the reform is becoming more and more powerful. Under the new educational background, many front-line teachers are actively engaged in the tide of teaching reform, and try to explore new teaching methods, construct new teaching models, and find teaching forms that conform to the law of students' development. Summing up the new teaching experience and theory, and contributing to the modern curriculum teaching reform. In this exploration process, it is also a period of teacher transformation. In the aspect of teaching concept, some teachers may not adapt to it, so it will bring great impact and challenge to teachers' teaching psychology. Based on this, the main problems of junior high school teachers' mental health under the background of the new curriculum reform are analyzed and discussed from the angle of teachers' mental health.
