终身教育背景下我国成人教育的新理念和新方向

【摘要】：党的十六大提出了本世纪头20年我们在文化方面的奋斗目标是"形成全民学习,终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展"。作为一种教育思想,终身教育是社会所有有目的、有计划的教育与培训的总和。成人教育在终身教育体系中占据着重要地位,起着重要作用。在终身教育背景下,我国成人教育要向着构建终身教育体系、网络化、社区化、教育方式多样化、培训学历高移化的方向发展。
[Abstract]:The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that the goal of our cultural struggle in the first 20 years of this century is to "form a learning society in which all people learn and learn all their lives, and promote the all-round development of human beings".As a kind of educational thought, lifelong education is the sum of all purposeful and planned education and training.Adult education plays an important role in the system of lifelong education.Under the background of lifelong education, adult education in our country should develop towards the construction of lifelong education system, networking, community, diversification of educational methods and high transfer of training qualifications.
