【摘要】：我国是农业大国,农业是我国的立国之本,是国家发展的命脉。随着经济的发展,我国的农业开始由传统走向现代化,农民需要不断掌握新的技术才能够适应社会发展的需要。但目前,我国的农民培训工作仍存在一些问题,所以要对农民培训的长效机制进行合理有效的研究,以解决农民在培训中遇到的各种问题,进而促进我国农业的现代化发展。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, agriculture is the foundation of our country, is the lifeblood of national development. With the development of economy, the agriculture of our country begins to move from tradition to modernization. Farmers need to master new technology to adapt to the needs of social development. However, there are still some problems in the training of farmers in our country, so we should make a reasonable and effective study on the long-term mechanism of farmers' training in order to solve all kinds of problems encountered by farmers in training, and then promote the modernization of agriculture in our country.
