成教工作要与时俱进——浅谈成人教育教学改革的几个问题

【摘要】：我国高等成人教育要紧紧抓住当前大好的发展机遇,更新办学观念,加强领导,在拓宽办学领域、调整专业设置、教材建设、师资队伍建设和管理模式方面加快改革步伐,努力提高办学水平,与时俱进,以适应新形势对成人高教的发展要求。
[Abstract]:Our country's higher adult education should grasp the excellent development opportunity, renew the idea of running a school, strengthen the leadership, speed up the reform in the aspects of widening the field of running a school, adjusting the specialty setting, the construction of teaching material, the construction of teaching staff and the management mode. Try to improve the level of running schools, keep pace with the times, in order to adapt to the new situation of adult higher education development requirements.
