京族人产业模式的变化及其对教育的诉求

【摘要】：一个地区就业形势的变化必定会受到来自社会、经济、文化、教育等多方面因素的影响,研究民族地区民族就业观念与就业趋向的变化,有利于民族地区社会经济的良性发展。进入21世纪京族地区出现了新的社会需求,特别是随着泛北部湾经济区的开发与建设,对当地居民提出了新的要求,为适应社会的这一变化,京族人的产业模式正在发生转变。本研究通过对京族人产业模式变化的因素分析,指出京族人产业模式变化对教育的启示。
[Abstract]:The employment situation changes in a region will be from society, economy, culture, education and other factors, changes of minority employment attitudes and trends, is conducive to the sound development of social economy in ethnic areas. In twenty-first Century the Jing region appeared the new social demand, especially with the development and construction the Pan Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, put forward new requirements for the local residents, in order to adapt to the change of the society, the industry mode is changing. The research on the industry through the mode change factor analysis, pointed out the Enlightenment of change of Jing people industry model for education.
