高校教师幸福感心理结构研究

【摘要】:目的:分析高校教师人员心理结构。方法:抽取江西省219名高校教师作为研究对象,采用《综合幸福问卷》(MHQ,2003)进行测试。结果:《综合幸福感问卷》应用于高校教师时具有良好的信度,因素分析析出生活满意、正性情感、负性情感、健康关注、生命活力、自我价值、人格成长、友好关系、利他行为9个维度,验证性因素分析两个证实两个模块(主观幸福感和心理幸福感)9个维度(生活满意、正性情感、负性情感、健康关注、生命活力、自我价值、人格成长、友好关系、利他行为)结构拟合良好。结论:将SWB与PWB整合起来才能更好更全面地理解幸福感,这是未来幸福感研究的一个主要趋势。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the psychological structure of teachers in colleges and universities. Methods: 219 college teachers in Jiangxi Province were selected and tested with the Comprehensive Happiness questionnaire (MHQ2003). Results: comprehensive Well-being questionnaire was applied to college teachers with good reliability. Factor analysis showed that life satisfaction, positive emotion, negative emotion, health concern, life vigor, self-worth, personality growth, friendly relationship, and so on. Nine dimensions of altruistic behavior, two confirmatory factor analysis (subjective well-being and psychological well-being), nine dimensions (life satisfaction, positive emotion, negative emotion, health concern, life vitality, self-worth, personality growth), Friendly relations, altruistic behavior) the structure fits well. Conclusion: the integration of SWB and PWB can better and more fully understand happiness, which is one of the main trends of happiness research in the future.
