西安地区普通高校整体式公共教学楼(群)空间适应性设计研究

【摘要】: 从1998年全国高校大规模扩招以来,高校建设量剧增。高校建筑比重最大的教学楼设计也发生了巨大的变化。一种为了适应新的高等教育理念、促进学科间互相交流、资源共享的整体式教学楼(群)应运而生。原有单一的教学空间也转变为多元化与注重全方位交往空间的学习场所。随着信息时代的到来,教育理念和教育模式的不断改革,教学空间的灵活性和应变能力将显得日益重要,教学空间设计如何适应不断变化的趋势是一个值得研究的问题。 面对全国高校教学楼大规模建设带来的批量生产与特色趋同的现象,本文以西安地区为例,对西安地区所有新建高校整体式公共教学楼进行调研,了解公共教学楼的使用情况,对存在的问题进行分析总结。其次从学生的行为与心理需求出发,探讨了整体式公共教学楼空间适应性设计的研究内容,结合国内外优秀实例对比分析,归纳总结出整体式公共教学楼空间适应性设计的构成方法。最后结合西安地区的地域文化和气候特点,提出了具体的设计策略,并对部分整体式公共教学楼的教学空间进行了适应性改造。
[Abstract]:Since the large-scale enrollment expansion of universities in 1998, the amount of university construction has increased dramatically. Great changes have taken place in the design of teaching buildings with the largest proportion of buildings in colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the new concept of higher education and promote the exchange of subjects, the integrated teaching building (group) of resource sharing came into being. The original single teaching space has also been transformed into a learning place which is diversified and pays attention to all aspects of communication space. With the arrival of the information age and the continuous reform of educational concepts and educational models, the flexibility and adaptability of teaching space will become increasingly important. It is worth studying how to adapt the design of teaching space to the changing trend. In the face of mass production and convergence of characteristics brought by large-scale construction of teaching buildings in colleges and universities throughout the country, this paper takes Xi'an as an example to investigate all newly built university integrated public teaching buildings in Xi'an to understand the use of public teaching buildings. Analyze and summarize the existing problems. Secondly, based on the behavior and psychological needs of students, the research content of spatial adaptability design of integrated public teaching building is discussed, and the comparative analysis of excellent examples at home and abroad is made. The composition method of space adaptability design of integral public teaching building is summarized. Finally, combined with the regional culture and climate characteristics of Xi'an, the paper puts forward the specific design strategy, and adaptively transforms the teaching space of some integral public teaching buildings.
