搞好积极心理健康教育必须“抓关键、转观念”

【摘要】：作为第一个以地市级为单位整体开展积极心理健康教育的实验区,淄博市积极心理健康教育研究已取得了阶段性的丰硕成果。两年的实践经验表明:(1)抓领导、抓认识,是搞好积极心理健康教育的关键;(2)抓好"阳光教师"、"快乐教师"的培养、培训,能加快教育理念的转变;(3)对学生进行积极心理健康教育,重在发掘与培养学生的积极心理品质。在总结经验的基础上,淄博市实验区将采取得力措施,让积极心理健康教育之花开得更加灿烂。
[Abstract]:As the first experimental area to carry out positive mental health education in a whole way, Zibo City has made fruitful achievements in the study of positive mental health education. Two years' practical experience shows that: (1) grasping leadership and understanding is the key to improve the positive mental health education, (2) the cultivation and training of "sunshine teacher" and "happy teacher" can quicken the change of educational idea. (3) to carry on the positive mental health education to the student, the emphasis is to explore and cultivate the student's positive psychological quality. On the basis of summing up experience, Zibo City Experimental District will take effective measures to make the flower of positive mental health education more brilliant.
