论公共教育的公共性及实践表征

【摘要】：现代公共教育是伴随着近代民族国家的产生而逐步建立和完善起来的。20世纪末以来公共教育的结构转型带来对传统的公共教育概念及观念的挑战。为此需要以公共教育的公共性来反思和批判公共教育的应有理念与实践表征。公共教育的公共性所表明的是,是教育的正当性或正义性,其核心价值理念包括教育平等、教育正义和教育权利等三个方面,因而公共教育的公共性在实践中应表现为公共教育的平等性、公益性和权利性。
[Abstract]:Modern public education is gradually established and perfected with the emergence of modern national state. Since the end of the twentieth Century, the structural transformation of public education has brought challenges to the concept and concept of traditional public education. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect and criticize the concept and practice of public education by public education. The public nature of public education is that education is the legitimacy or justice, its core value concept includes three aspects: educational equality, educational justice and educational rights, and public education should be expressed as equality, public education and public welfare and rights in practice.
