和谐社会的教育公平与助学贷款证券化——一个人力资本角度的经济学分析

【摘要】：正党的十六届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》指出,要"促进教育公平",并"落实国家助学贷款政策"。但是,国家助学贷款机制面临的困难形势要求我们大胆而稳妥地进行制度创新。而助学贷款证券化就是一条重要途径。
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues concerning the Construction of a harmonious Socialist Society", adopted by the sixth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee, points out that it is necessary to "promote education equity" and "implement the national policy on student loans". The difficult situation that the national student loan mechanism faces requires us to carry on the system innovation boldly and steadily, and the securitization of student loan is an important way.
