基于网络学习行为分析的适应性学习平台智能反馈机制研究

【摘要】: 计算机技术的飞速发展让高效率高品质的网络学习成为可能。网络学习者作为网络学习的主体,其在网络学习期间的行为活动迫切需要被跟踪记录分析,并最终在反馈策略的指导下根据分析结果来改变学习流程和学习方式。就目前的情况来看,行为活动的跟踪和记录属于技术问题,而且当前的技术水平已基本能实现。分析和反馈研究属于教学设计理论与计算机技术相结合的范畴,只要理论研究达到一定水平,必将引起网络学习的新一轮的变革。 本文以网络学习中的智能反馈策略为研究对象,即假定在获取网络学习者学习行为参数分析结果的基础上,研究针对不同的学习行为背后所代表的学习者特征,如何根据既定的反馈策略提供不同的反馈结果,最终影响网络学习系统以实现不同的学习流程和方式。 简言之,本文主要是在前人进行的网络学习行为理论研究的基础之上,着重探讨网络学习中的智能反馈机制,根据网络学习过程中影响学习者学习绩效的因素,研究智能反馈的输入信息、输入信息在反馈系统中的处理逻辑(即反馈策略)和智能反馈的输出信息三个方面的内容,从理论层面上基本解决了在网络学习系统中“为什么要反馈?”、“如何反馈?”以及“反馈什么?”的问题。 本论文一共分七章: 第一章主要介绍论题的研究背景、当前研究综述以及作者采用的研究方法等方面的内容。 第二章主要介绍了本研究的相关理论和技术基础,包括有关行为理论、行为科学的知识,包括网络学习行为理论的介绍,包括教育心理学相关理论和适应性学习系统的介绍等内容。 第三章主要是在分析网络学习过程中影响网络学习者学习绩效的有关因素,这部分内容的研究是确定反馈输入信息的基础。 第四章主要介绍本研究中构建的智能反馈组件的总体设计,,对该组件的设计原则、设计目的、设计构想和原型模型做了完整的介绍。 第五章主要探讨智能反馈系统的输入信息以及对这些信息的量化方法,探讨实现对网络学习活动这一连续行为的离散化和数字化。 第六章主要探讨智能反馈策略的构建和更新,主要介绍了网络学习过程中的导航策略、呈现策略、练习策略、帮助策略等。 第七章是本文的总结和展望,在总结本文的基础上对本文的不足之处和进一步的研究方向作了说明。 本研究的结果是在相关理论的指导下初步构建出了网络学习平台中智能反馈的理论体系,对反馈的来源、反馈的方式和反馈的结果都作了相应的探讨。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of computer technology makes high-efficiency and high-quality network learning possible. As the main body of online learning, the behavior of online learners needs to be tracked and analyzed urgently, and finally, under the guidance of feedback strategy, the learning process and learning style can be changed according to the analysis results. According to the current situation, the tracking and recording of behavioral activities is a technical problem, and the current level of technology can be basically realized. Analysis and feedback research belong to the category of the combination of instructional design theory and computer technology. As long as the theoretical research reaches a certain level, it will lead to a new round of network learning reform. In this paper, the intelligent feedback strategy in online learning is taken as the research object, that is to say, on the basis of obtaining the results of the analysis of the learning behavior parameters of the online learners, the study aims at the characteristics of the learners represented by different learning behaviors. How to provide different feedback results according to the established feedback strategy, and ultimately affect the network learning system to achieve different learning processes and methods. In short, this paper is mainly based on the previous research on the theory of e-learning behavior, focusing on the intelligent feedback mechanism in e-learning, according to the factors that affect learners' learning performance in the process of web-based learning. The input information of intelligent feedback, the processing logic of input information in feedback system and the output information of intelligent feedback are studied. From the theoretical level, the basic solution in the network learning system, "Why feedback?", "how to feedback?" And "feedback what?" The question of This thesis is divided into seven chapters: The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, the current research review and the research methods adopted by the author. The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant theory and technical basis of this study, including the behavior theory, behavioral science knowledge, including the introduction of network learning behavior theory. Including educational psychology related theories and adaptive learning system introduction and so on. The third chapter mainly analyzes the related factors that affect the learning performance of online learners in the process of online learning, which is the basis of determining the feedback input information. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the overall design of the intelligent feedback component in this research, and gives a complete introduction to the design principle, design purpose, design concept and prototype model of the component. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the input information of intelligent feedback system and the quantification method of this information, and discusses the realization of discretization and digitization of the continuous behavior of network learning activity. The sixth chapter mainly discusses the construction and update of intelligent feedback strategy, mainly introduces the navigation strategy, presentation strategy, exercise strategy, help strategy and so on. The seventh chapter is the summary and prospect of this paper, on the basis of the summary of this paper, the shortcomings and further research directions are explained. The result of this study is that under the guidance of relevant theories, the theoretical system of intelligent feedback in the web-based learning platform is constructed, and the source of feedback, the way of feedback and the result of feedback are discussed accordingly.
