大学生择业心理倾向性误区分析及调适

【摘要】：大学生择业是一个涉及多个层面的复杂心理活动,大学生择业中的一些心理误区是影响大学生就业的重要因素。文章变换视角,通过对大学生择业心理倾向性误区的归类分析,指出误区产生的原因,并提出相应的调适方法。
[Abstract]:College students' career selection is a complex psychological activity involving many levels. Some psychological misunderstandings in college students' career selection are important factors that affect college students' employment. Through the classification and analysis of the misunderstandings of college students' psychological tendency to choose a career, the paper points out the causes of the misunderstandings and puts forward the corresponding adjustment methods.
