“民管会”:社会力量参与学校管理的有效形式——四川成都青羊区推进学校民主管理委员会建设的实践与反思

【摘要】：正相对于教育者与受教育者之间、教育管理者与教师之间民主关系的建立而言,专门的教育组织与社会有关方面、个人之间的民主关系的建立相对滞后。为改变这种状况,四川成都市青羊区积极推进学校民主管理委员会(以下简称“民管会”)建设,探索社会力量参与学校管理的有效形式。
[Abstract]:Compared with the establishment of democratic relationship between educator and educatee, between educational administrator and teacher, the establishment of democratic relationship between special educational organization and society and between individual is lagging behind. In order to change this situation, Qingyang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, has actively promoted the construction of the School Democratic Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee for Civil Administration") and explored the effective forms of social forces participating in school management.
