高职生依恋风格与孤独感的相关研究

【摘要】：目的探讨高职生依恋风格及其与孤独感的关系,为开展高职生心理辅导与救助提供参考。方法采用关系测量问卷及孤独感量表对滨州市360名高职生进行测试。结果高职生4种依恋风格的分布为安全型占52.3%,冷漠型占18.6%,专注型占16.3%,恐惧型占12.8%;不同性别高职生4种依恋风格差异无统计学意义;冷漠型、专注型、恐惧型3种依恋风格与孤独感呈显著正相关,安全型与孤独感呈显著负相关;不同依恋风格高职生的孤独感差异有统计学意义,恐惧型高职生的孤独感最高,安全型最低。结论高职生的依恋风格与孤独感密切相关,依恋风格对孤独感具有一定的预测作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between attachment style of vocational college students and loneliness, and to provide reference for psychological counseling and relief of vocational college students. Methods 360 vocational college students in Binzhou were tested with relationship questionnaire and loneliness scale. Results the distribution of four attachment styles was safety type (52.3%), apathy type (18.6%), focus type (16.3%), fear type (12.8%), but there was no significant difference in four attachment styles among different sex vocational students. Three attachment styles of apathy, focus and fear were positively correlated with loneliness, and safety was negatively correlated with loneliness. There were significant differences in loneliness among students with different attachment styles. Fear students had the highest sense of loneliness and the lowest sense of safety. Conclusion the attachment style of vocational college students is closely related to loneliness, and attachment style can predict loneliness.
