地方本科高校人才培养特色范式研究

【摘要】：地方本科高校由于各具特色的发展优势和庞大数量，承担着为地方经济发展和社会进步培养人才的关键角色。而各高校如何根据自身发展历史和现实办学情况，准确地定位人才培养的目标，进而采取切实有效的人才培养措施，形成具有特色的本科高校人才培养范式，培育出各有所长、各具特色、服务地方发展的高素质人才，，满足社会对人才的全方位、立体化需求，是一个需要迫切解决的问题。然而，由于现阶段地方高校人才培养理论的滞后性，还没有形成公认的理论，缺少对地方高校人才培养范式的关键影响因素的分析，因而阻碍了地方高校人才培养特色的形成。针对目前地方本科高校人才培养中存在的问题，本文主要基于文献研究、案例研究，考察和归纳地方本科高校人才培养特色的范式，分析得出制约地方本科高校人才培养的因素和问题，并为进一步的发展提出相关建议。在简要分析国内外高校人才培养理论相关研究现状的基础上，首先，按照人才培养目标的不同，结合研究案例分别对应用型、研究型、复合型人才培养的特色进行了分析。其次，进一步从人才培养的目标T(Target)、过程P(Process)、结果R(Results)三个方面，总结地方本科高校应用型、研究型和复合型人才培养的特色范式，并分析了目前地方本科高校在人才培养方面存在的问题。再次，依据得到的人才培养范式，尝试采用改进AHP方法，通过人才培养中各要素对特色形成的贡献，评判地方本科高校人才培养的特色程度。最后，针对地方本科高校在人才培养的特色范式形成上存在的问题，提出地方本科高校人才培养特色发展的对策建议。本文工作对于我国地方本科高校人才培养的特色发展和完善起到了理论参考的作用。
[Abstract]:Due to the development of local universities and a large number of unique advantages, plays a key role for local economic development and social progress in cultivating talents. Universities according to their own development history and actual running situation, accurate positioning of personnel training objectives, and take effective measures to cultivate talents, to form a paradigm of undergraduate training college with features, cultivate high-quality talents with their own characteristics, each one has his good points, serving local development, meet the society to talented person's all-round, three-dimensional needs, is an urgent need to address the problem. However, because the present theory of cultivating talents in local colleges and universities lag behind, has not formed the accepted theory, the lack of analysis of factors the key effect of paradigm cultivation of talents in local universities, which hindered the formation of the characteristics of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities.
In view of the existing local undergraduate talent training in colleges, this paper based on the case study, literature research, investigation and induction of talents in local colleges and universities training characteristic paradigm, analysis of constraints and problems of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities, and puts forward relevant suggestions for further development.
After a brief analysis of the domestic and foreign talents training in Colleges and Universities Based on the status quo of relevant theoretical research, firstly, according to the training objectives of the different combination of case studies of the application type, research, compound talents training were analyzed characteristics. Secondly, further from the training target of T (Target), P (Process) the results, R (Results) three aspects, summarizes the application of local universities, research and talents cultivation characteristics of the paradigm, and analyzes the current local undergraduate colleges and universities cultivate the problems existing in the talents. Thirdly, according to the personnel training pattern, try using the improved AHP method, the elements of talent cultivation special contribution to the formation of the characteristics of local universities, the talent training evaluation. Finally, according to the local colleges and universities in the talent training characteristics of paradigm on the existing problems, put forward local colleges Countermeasures and suggestions for the development of personnel training in schools. This work plays a theoretical reference role for the development and improvement of talents training in local undergraduate universities.
