高校立体化德育途径研究

【摘要】:高校德育教育如何激发同学们的兴趣,增强其吸引力、感染力和实效性一直是德育理论和实际工作者们苦苦探索的课题。传统的平面化德育教育模式已经难以适应全球化、现代化、信息化背景下大学生的新特点和对高校德育的新要求。立体化德育的探索和实践是伴随着现代社会的发展和对传统平面化、灌输式德育教育的反思而出现的。立体化德育是一种全方位、多渠道、多因素共同作用的生动、形象、丰富、真切的德育,具有平等性、情感性、持久性、整体性、渗透性、真实性等特点,具有更好的德育教育效果。促进平面化德育向立体化德育的转变可以通过创造育人环境,建设校园文化,开展实践活动,运用现代传媒,发动全员育人,树立榜样示范等多条途径来实现。 本文以提高高校德育的吸引力、感染力和实效性,培养中国特色社会主义事业合格的建设者和接班人为目的,以思想政治教育理论、马克思主义实践观、系统论和已有的立体化德育理论为基础,以探索高校立体化德育途径为主线,力求为构建具有一定创新性的高校立体化德育理论体系和实践操作模式做贡献,为提高高校德育工作科学化水平提供有益的借鉴。 全文分为四个部分: 第一部分为第一章,绪论。这一部分主要阐明四个问题:一是对高校立体化德育的选题背景做出说明;二是阐述选题的意义;三是就高校立体化德育的研究动态进行述评;四是介绍本文运用的主要研究方法、思路与创新之处和不足。 第二部分为第二、三、四章。这一部分是对高校立体化德育的基础、高校立体化德育的概念、特征以及高校立体化德育的现状等问题进行梳理。第二章和第三章是高校立体化德育概述及其理论和现实依据。通过探讨高校立体化德育概念及其特征,阐述立体化德育的内涵。阐述了高校立体化德育顺应时代潮流的变化是当代高校德育发展的必然趋势。第四章对高校立体化德育进展和存在的不足进行分析、归纳。 第三部分为第五章,为本文的主体部分,基于前两部分的研究对高校立体化德育的途径进行进一步的探索。牢固树立立体化德育的概念,坚持全方位、多角度思考探究高校德育教育,发挥多渠道的教育影响作用,探索立体化德育的实现新途径,积极推进德育立体化进程,促使德育的覆盖面,德育的影响力,德育的有效性得到大大的提升。 第四部分为结语,对本文的研究做简要的总结,并提出研究不足之处和值得进一步深入探究的方向。
[Abstract]:How to arouse students' interest and enhance their attraction in moral education in colleges and universities? The appeal and effectiveness of moral education theory and practical workers have been hard to explore, the traditional plane of moral education model has been difficult to adapt to globalization, modernization. The exploration and practice of three-dimensional moral education is accompanied by the development of modern society and the planarization of tradition. Three-dimensional moral education is a kind of vivid, vivid, rich and true moral education, which has equality, emotion and persistence. The characteristics of integrity, permeability, authenticity and so on, have better effect of moral education. To promote the change of plane moral education to three-dimensional moral education can be carried out by creating educational environment, building campus culture and carrying out practical activities. The use of modern media, the mobilization of all personnel to educate people, set an example and other ways to achieve. The purpose of this paper is to improve the attraction, appeal and effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities, train qualified builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and take the theory of ideological and political education and the Marxist view of practice as the purpose. Based on the system theory and the existing three-dimensional moral education theory, the author tries his best to contribute to the construction of the theoretical system and practical operation mode of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities by exploring the ways of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities. To improve the scientific level of moral education in colleges and universities to provide useful reference. The full text is divided into four parts: The first part is the first chapter, introduction. This part mainly clarifies four problems: first, it explains the background of the topic of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities; The second is to explain the significance of the topic; The third is to review the research trends of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities; The fourth is to introduce the main research methods, ideas and innovations and shortcomings. The second part is the second, third and fourth chapters. This part is the basis of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities, the concept of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities. The second and third chapters are an overview of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities and its theoretical and practical basis. Through the discussion of the concept and characteristics of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the connotation of three-dimensional moral education, expounds that the change of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities conforms to the trend of the times is the inevitable trend of the development of moral education in contemporary colleges and universities. Chapter 4th analyzes the progress and shortcomings of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities. Induction. The third part is 5th chapters, the main part of this paper, based on the first two parts of the research on the way of three-dimensional moral education in colleges and universities to further explore, firmly establish the concept of three-dimensional moral education, adhere to all directions. In order to promote the coverage and influence of moral education, it is necessary to explore the new ways to realize three-dimensional moral education and actively promote the coverage of moral education and the influence of moral education. The effectiveness of moral education has been greatly improved. Part 4th is the conclusion, which summarizes the research briefly, and puts forward the deficiency of the research and the direction worthy of further exploration.
