【摘要】:目的探讨大学生创造性人格特质与结构,并编制大学生创造性人格评定量表。 方法通过文献分析法构建大学生创造性人格结构的理论模型;采用半开放式问卷调查法和专家评定法编制大学生创造性人格词汇评定量表,获得了由26个词汇组成的“大学生创造性人格特质词表”;依据此人格词表编制题目,经项目分析和因素分析形成由24个条目组成的大学生创造性人格评定量表;对郑州市4所大学的939名大学生及研究生进行施测,采用因素分析的方法建构大学生创造性人格模型。 结果探索性因素分析结果表明,大学生创造性人格包含4个维度,分别是想象力、坚持性、洞察力、探索性。量表各因子的重测信度系数为0.751-0.865,量表的重测信度系数是0.872;量表各因子的分半信度为0.690-0.905,量表的分半信度为0.899;量表各因子的Cronbach's a系数为0.756-0.877,量表的Cronbach's a系数为0.898。量表各因子之间的相关系数为0.360-0.532(p0.01),量表各因子与量表总分的相关系数为0.717-0.822(p0.01)。量表与效标问卷威廉斯创造力倾向问卷相关系数为0.626p0.01)。量表总分在性别之间、年级之间无显著差异,在专业之间存在显著性差异(p0.001)。“洞察力”因子在城乡学生之间有显著性差异。艺体类的大学生的分数要高于文史类、理工类和农医类;大学三年级的被试在“探索性”因子得分高于大学一年级和大学二年级的学生。 结论1.大学生创造性人格包含4个因素。2.城市学生比农村学生有更高的洞察力;大学三年级的学生比大学一年级及大学二年级有更高的“探索性”得分。艺体类的学生比其他专业有更高的创造性得分。3.该量表可以作为大学生创造力人格特质评定的工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the characteristics and structure of College Students' creative personality, and to compile a scale for evaluating the creative personality of college students.
The method of constructing college students' creative personality structure theory model through literature analysis; using semi open questionnaire and expert evaluation method to prepare college students' creative personality Vocabulary Scale was obtained by 26 words consisting of "College Students' creative personality; personality on the basis of the Thesaurus" thesaurus topic by project analysis and factor analysis composed of 24 items of College Students' creative personality scale; the 4 universities in Zhengzhou City, 939 undergraduate and graduate students were tested, the construction of college students creative personality model by factor analysis.
The results of exploratory factor analysis results showed that the 4 dimensions of College Students' creative personality are included, imagination, persistence, insight and exploration. The scale factors of the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.751-0.865, the test-retest reliability coefficient is 0.872; the scale factors of the split half reliability is 0.690-0.905, scale the split half reliability was 0.899; the scale factors of the Cronbach's a coefficient 0.756-0.877, Cronbach's scale a coefficient of correlation coefficient between each factor of the table is 0.360-0.532 0.898. (P0.01), and the factor scores of the correlation coefficients for 0.717-0.822 (P0.01). University art students have higher creative.3. the scale can be used to college students' creative personality the characteristics of evaluation tools other than professional.
