温州区域文化对大学生创业教育的影响研究

【摘要】：区域文化是一种丰富的精神文化资源，它既是区域经济社会发展的根基，也是大学生创业和创业教育的重要资源。在温州这片创业热土上，重商传统、浓郁的创业氛围、民营企业家的创业经验，是大学生创业和创业教育的宝贵的精神财富。理清温州区域文化对大学生创业教育的双重影响，把区域文化精神有机融入大学生创业教育中，是当前提升温州大学生创业教育针对性和有效性的关键。本文界定了区域文化与温州区域文化的内涵、特征；分析了温州区域文化的优势与不足；研究了大学生创业与创业教育的现状和特点；认为温州区域文化对大学生创业有着双重影响。积极影响主要有：温州人创业精神强化大学生创业意识、温州人抱团精神促进大学生创业团队形成、温州民营企业家创业经历为大学生创业提供参照、温州众多民营企业为大学生创业提供施展才能的舞台；消极影响主要有：封闭排外对大学生创业的制约、规则意识缺乏对大学生创业的误导、熟人社会对大学生创业的限制；当前，，温州大学生创业及创业教育，重在扬长避短地利用好温州区域文化这一传统的精神资源。文章提出了将温州区域传统文化融入大学生创业教育的对策，主要有：一是创业校本教材的编写；二是创业教育课程体系的完善，如重视创业教育中的区域文化精神、完善创业课程、开展创业实践、聘请温州企业家开设专题讲座；三是创业实践基地的设立。
[Abstract]:Regional culture is a rich spiritual and cultural resources, it is not only the foundation of regional economic and social development, but also an important resource for college students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education. The rich entrepreneurial atmosphere and the entrepreneurial experience of private entrepreneurs are the valuable spiritual wealth of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education of college students. It is the key to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of Wenzhou university students' entrepreneurship education to integrate the regional cultural spirit into the university students' entrepreneurship education. This paper defines the connotation and characteristics of regional culture and Wenzhou regional culture. The advantages and disadvantages of Wenzhou regional culture are analyzed. The present situation and characteristics of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education for college students are studied. The author thinks that the regional culture of Wenzhou has a double influence on college students' entrepreneurship. The positive effects are mainly as follows: the entrepreneurial spirit of Wenzhou people strengthens the entrepreneurial consciousness of university students, and Wenzhou people promote the formation of entrepreneurial team of university students. Wenzhou private entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial experience provides reference for college students' entrepreneurship, and Wenzhou's numerous private enterprises provide a stage for college students' entrepreneurship. The negative effects mainly include: the restriction of closed exclusion on college students' entrepreneurship, the lack of misguided sense of rules to college students' entrepreneurship, and the restriction of acquaintance society on college students' entrepreneurship; At present, Wenzhou university students' entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, the emphasis is on making full use of Wenzhou regional culture, which is a traditional spiritual resource, and puts forward some countermeasures to integrate Wenzhou regional traditional culture into university students' entrepreneurship education. The main contents are as follows: first, the compilation of school-based textbooks for entrepreneurship; The second is the perfection of the course system of entrepreneurship education, such as attaching importance to the spirit of regional culture in entrepreneurship education, perfecting the course of entrepreneurship, carrying out entrepreneurial practice, and employing Wenzhou entrepreneurs to open special lectures; Third, the establishment of entrepreneurial practice base.
