对我国高校思想政治教育队伍建设研究

【摘要】：在当今高等教育迅猛发展的今天，，很多以专业教育发展为目的的高校改革给高校的思想政治教育工作提出了新的挑战。而且高等教育改革和社会经济变革对大学生的思想、学习、生活等方面都产生了诸多影响，使得大学生需要更为科学有效的思想政治教育和人文关怀。因此，在新的背景下，加强高校思想政治教育工作、加强我国高校思想政治教育队伍建设，具有十分重要的现实意义。高校思想政治教育工作有利于大学生自身的发展；有利于全面实施科教兴国和人才强国战略；有利于推动全面建设小康社会进程；有利于深入贯彻科学发展观。本文从目前我国高校思想教育的时代背景出发，首先，阐述了我国高校思想政治教育队伍建设的基本理论；其次，对我国高校思想政治教育及我国高校思想政治教育队伍的现状及存在的问题进行了分析；最后，提出加强我国高校思想政治教育队伍建设的措施建议。
[Abstract]:In today's rapid development of higher education today, a lot of professional education to the development of colleges and universities for the purpose of reform and put forward the new challenge to the ideological and political education. And the idea of higher education reform and the transformation of social economy to students' study, life and so on have had many effects, the college students need more scientific and effective the ideological and political education and humanistic care. Therefore, under the new background, strengthen the work of Ideological and political education, strengthen ideological and political education of our college team construction has very important practical significance.
Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is conducive to the development of college students. It is conducive to the full implementation of the strategy of invigorating the nation through science and education and the strategy of invigorating China through talents, promoting the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and deepening the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development.
This article from the current ideological education era background, firstly, expounds the basic theory of China's ideological and political education team construction; secondly, the status quo of China's ideological and political education in Colleges and universities and the ideological and political education team and the existing problems are analyzed; finally, put forward to strengthen measures in China the construction of Ideological and political education.
