池田大作的师生观

【摘要】:池田大作先生于1928年1月2日出生在日本东京,1947年夏天参加一次研讨会时结识了户田城圣,并决定加入创价学会,师承户田城圣先生。1960年,池田先生继牧口常三郎和户田城圣后,出任创价学会第三代会长,现为国际创价学会(SGI)会长和创价学会名誉会长。他一生致力于世界和平事业和教育事业,创办了许多和平文化机构,如富士美术馆、东洋哲学研究所、民主音乐协会等,还在日本和世界各地创办了教育机构以实现创价教育理念,如创价中学、创价高中、创价大学、东京创价小学,创价女子短期大学,香港创价幼稚园、新加坡创价幼稚园、马来西亚创价幼稚园、巴西创价学校、美国创价大学以及韩国创价幸福幼稚园等。多年来,池田先生一直坚持与世界各界人士进行“对话”,探讨教育、和平、历史、文学等领域的问题,力图为世界和平事业和教育事业奉献自己的力量。他的努力也得到了世界各国人民的认同,先后获得联合国和平勋章、联合国难民事务高级专员署人道奖、桂冠诗人、中国艺术贡献奖等超过23个国家颁发的表彰。除此之外,池田先生积极倡导人本教育的重要性,并在世界各国大学里发表演讲,先后荣获超过三百一十个名誉博士和教授的称号。他的教育理念得到世界各国教育人士的肯定。因此在教育观下的池田大作师生观也同样值得人们关注。 池田大作先生的师生观理念的形成源自于各方面综合作用的结果。其中有幼年经历、战争的创伤因素,也有佛教生命哲学和中国传统儒家文化的渗透,还有他的两位老师牧口常三郎和户田城圣的师生观思想的影响。池田大作师生观作为一种完整的概念,从池田先生的幼年时期开始一直延续到未来整个人生,经过了一个漫长的认知、熟悉、理解、思考和成型的过程才得以形成的。 池田先生的师生观包含两个大部分:广义师生观和狭义师生观。广义师生观是池田大作师生观的基础内容,它是教师和学生在教学过程中的地位和作用的认识,即教师和学生双方关于处理二者的关系问题上应该持有的态度和理念。它包含池田大作师生观之教师观和池田大作师生观之学生观等内容。 狭义师生观是池田大作师生观的精髓和核心部分,也是具有池田大作特色的师生观内容。关于师生观,池田先生有自己独道的认知和见解,师生之间交流方式应该是“对话”式的;师生之间的交流内容应该是对“善”的诱导,这里的“善”是凌驾于知识之上,包含着慈悲的智慧;并且他还提出了“师弟不二”精神的师生关系理论,这些都是池田大作师生观的特色所在,也是池田大作师生观区别与其他师生观的重要内容。 经过池田先生不懈的努力,池田大作师生观也将更科学,更具特色。在世界的舞台上,池田先生一直致力于教育事业,通过他的实践,池田大作的师生观正在被世界人民熟知,并且得到世界各国教育人士的认同和鼓励。创价大学,作为池田大作教育思想实践的重要机构,池田大作的师生观也在这里不断成长,成熟。池田大作的师生观对世界教育事业的影响是不可忽视的。
[Abstract]:Mr. Ikeda Oku was born in Tokyo of Japan in January 2, 1928, the summer of 1947 in a seminar met and decided to join the holy city of toda, Soka Gakkai, disciple of Mr. Toda Kisato.1960, Mr. Ikeda and Makiguchi often following Saburo toda Chengsheng, became the third generation president of Soka Gakkai, the Soka Gakkai International (SGI) honorary president President. And Soka Gakkai he devoted his life to the cause of world peace and peace education, set up many cultural institutions, such as the Fuji Museum, Institute of Oriental philosophy, democratic Music Association, in Japan and around the world set up educational institutions to achieve the Soka education idea, such as Soka Soka middle school, high school, Soka University. Mr. Ikeda's views of teachers contains two major parts: generalized and narrow view of teachers and students of teachers and students.
