奥林匹克精神与大学生健康人格的塑造

【摘要】：大学生人格培育是高校教育实践工作的一项长期的重要任务,也是高校教育理论研究的一个重点课题。对于高校大学生来说,他们正处于个体人格发展的关键期,其人格状况对今后成长发展及其重要。目前大学生人格教育在理论与实践方面都存在着明显的不足。尤其是在理论方面的研究尤为突出,现有理论研究未能清晰地阐明人格培育的机制,不能有效地指导大学生人格培育的实践。因此,要弄清楚大学生人格培育的问题,关键在于要从理论层面弄清人格培育的机制。本研究以奥林匹克精神与大学生人格发展的教育功能与价值为契合点,主要从理论层面探究奥林匹克精神的优秀教育思想对大学生健康人格形成的作用。通过对相关概念的梳理及文献的综合分析,在追溯奥林匹克运动的起源、明确奥林匹克精神内涵、了解我国大学生人格的现状的基础上,创造性地提出把奥林匹克精神融会贯通到健康人格教育中去,并重点理清现代奥林匹克精神与大学生健康人格培育的机制与意义。研究认为,当代大学生总体的人格还是较为乐观的,但是还存在着道德价值意识弱化和人格偏离等问题。现代奥林匹克运动的价值主要体现在其对青年大学生的教育功能上,弘扬现代奥林匹克精神对大学生健康人格塑造有着内在的影响作用。本研究提出了应该充分发挥大学体育教育的灵活性与多样性,通过多种生动活泼的体育实践课与理论课程作为大学生健康人格培育着眼点和切入点的可操作办法,是理论研究成果具有较好的实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of college students' personality is a long-term important task in the educational practice of colleges and universities, as well as a key topic in the theoretical research of university education. They are in the critical period of individual personality development. The personality status is very important for the future growth and development. At present, there are obvious deficiencies in the theory and practice of college students' personality education, especially in the theoretical research. The existing theoretical research can not clearly clarify the mechanism of personality cultivation, can not effectively guide the practice of personality cultivation of college students. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the problem of personality cultivation of college students. The key lies in understanding the mechanism of personality cultivation from the theoretical level. This study focuses on the educational function and value of the Olympic spirit and the development of college students' personality. Mainly from the theoretical level to explore the role of the Olympic spirit of the excellent educational thought on the formation of healthy personality of college students. Through the combing of related concepts and comprehensive analysis of the literature, we can trace the origin of the Olympic Movement. On the basis of defining the connotation of Olympic spirit and understanding the status quo of college students' personality in our country, the author creatively proposes to integrate Olympic spirit into healthy personality education. The mechanism and significance of modern Olympic spirit and healthy personality cultivation of college students are clarified. The study believes that the overall personality of contemporary college students is more optimistic. However, there are still some problems such as weakening of moral value consciousness and personality deviation. The value of modern Olympic movement is mainly reflected in its educational function to young college students. Carrying forward the modern Olympic spirit has an inherent influence on the shaping of college students' healthy personality. This study suggests that we should give full play to the flexibility and diversity of college physical education. Through a variety of lively sports practice courses and theoretical courses as the starting point and breakthrough point of college students' healthy personality, it is of great practical significance for the theoretical research results.
