【摘要】：目的:通过对安徽省医学高等院校2006-2010届5年间本科毕业生的就业状况的研究，分析医学毕业生就业现状以及影响因素，提出相应解决对策，为政府部门促进就业提供决策参考，为高校进行学科和专业结构调整提供市场信息，为大学生进行职业生涯规划提供指导，为大学生择业观的改变提供有效建议。对象与方法:就医学毕业生就业现状和面对的问题，结合安徽省医学高等院校本科毕业生就业现状，对影响医学类大学生就业的因素进行了分析，和医学类本科毕业生录取研究生的状况及相关分析。采用Excel2003建立数据库、 SPSS13.0进行统计分析，率和构成比使用相对数指标进行描述，组间比较采用2。以α=0.05为检验标准。结果:1、2006-2010年间安徽省医学院校本科毕业生的就业率在60％～76％之间2、毕业生就业单位以医疗单位为主，到事业单位和教学科研单位的毕业生较少，到企业就业的学生比例呈增加趋势。3、毕业生就业地区以安徽省为重点，辐射周边省份城市，经济较为发达地区略高。4、国家就业制度改革后，，到市级以上单位就业的学生比例减少，到基层就业的毕业生比例高于就业制度改革前。5、考取研究生的比例逐年升高，且女生比例高于男生。结论:1、安徽省医学院校本科毕业生就业率总体呈现基本上升趋势。2、毕业生择业地区多数选择在中部经济较为发达地区。3、国家就业制度改革后，毕业生就业流向出现多元化。4、安徽省经济建设的发展，促进了毕业生就业。5、医疗卫生体制改革，给医学毕业生提供了广阔的舞台。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the employment status of medical graduates from 2006 to 2010 in Anhui medical colleges and universities, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures. It provides decision-making reference for government departments to promote employment, provides market information for colleges and universities to adjust their discipline and professional structure, and provides guidance for college students in career planning. To provide effective suggestions for the change of college students' view of job selection. Objects and methods: according to the current employment situation and problems faced by medical graduates, the factors affecting the employment of medical college students were analyzed in combination with the present employment situation of medical college graduates in Anhui province. Using Excel2003 to establish database and SPSS13.0 to carry on statistical analysis. The rate and composition ratio were described by relative number index, and the comparison between groups was carried out with 2. 05 as the test standard. Results from 2006 to 2010, the employment rate of graduates of medical colleges in Anhui Province was between 60% and 76%, and the employment units of graduates were mainly medical units. To institutions and teaching and research units of fewer graduates, to the proportion of students employed in enterprises showed an increasing trend. The graduates employment areas in Anhui Province as the focus, radiation surrounding provinces cities. After the reform of the national employment system, the proportion of students working at and above the municipal level decreased, and the proportion of graduates working at the grass-roots level was higher than that before the reform of the employment system. The proportion of graduate students increased year by year, and the proportion of girls was higher than that of boys. Conclusion: 1, the employment rate of medical college graduates in Anhui Province is on the whole rising. Most of the graduates choose to work in the economically developed areas of central China. 3. After the reform of the national employment system, most of the graduates choose to work in the areas where the economy is more developed. The development of economic construction in Anhui Province has promoted the employment of graduates, the reform of medical and health system, and provided a broad stage for medical graduates.
