技术本科人才培养模式特征研究

【摘要】:技术本科教育是职业技术教育的本科层次,是一种新型教育类型。技术本科教育不仅适应了高等教育大众化的形势,丰富了职业技术教育的体系,同时也满足了高职学生自身发展的需求。技术本科教育作为培养高等技术人才的重要途径之一,其发展越来越受到重视。作为高校办学中的核心要素,人才培养模式决定了人才培养的类型,也决定着高校的类型。但是目前对于技术本科人才培养模式的研究还不深入,尤其是该模式的特征并未清晰呈现。 基于前期学界对技术本科人才培养的若干理论成果,对技术本科人才培养模式的理论分析从知识结构、能力结构以及素质结构三方面对技术本科人才培养模式进行构建,对技术本科所培养人才与传统普通本科以及高职所培养人才进行区分,并对技术本科人才培养模式构建的理性策略进行概括,提出人才培养模式的分析框架。 技术本科人才培养实践是验证该模式特征的有力证据。通过对上海电机学院、浙江工业大学、浙江工业职业技术学院三所院校机电专业人才培养方案进行比较,并对三所院校的学生进行问卷调查,得出三所院校人才培养模式的异同。主要结论包括:培养目标定位不同;培养内容中课程设置有较大差异;培养评价方式和内容不同;培养方式中教学评价差异不大;培养制度中教学管理制度差异不明显。 理论探讨和人才培养实践均表明,技术本科人才培养模式应以“技术师”为人才培养目标定位,以本科层次文化基础和技术理论构建知识结构,以智力技能为能力要求,以较强综合性为素质特征。技术本科公共基础课程要体现高等性及职业性导向,专业课程应理论与能力并重,实践环节多样化并体现层次性。人才培养应当采用系统化技能学习的教学方式,实施关注实践技能养成的实习、实训制度。培养评价应是基于高技能养成的多元化评价,实施以职业资格证书为载体的双证制要求。这既是理想化建构的要求,更是不断推动技术本科人才培养实践的方向。
[Abstract]:Technical undergraduate education is the undergraduate level of vocational and technical education, which is a new type of education. Technical undergraduate education not only adapts to the situation of popularization of higher education, but also enriches the system of vocational and technical education. At the same time, it also meets the needs of higher vocational students' own development. As one of the important ways to train higher technical talents, the development of technical undergraduate education is paid more and more attention. The talent training mode determines the type of talent training and the type of university, but the research on the talent training model of technical undergraduate is not deep, especially the characteristics of this model are not clearly presented. Based on the previous academic achievements on the cultivation of technical undergraduate talents, the theoretical analysis of the mode of technological undergraduate talent training from the knowledge structure. Ability structure and quality structure of the three aspects of the construction of technical undergraduate talent training model, technical undergraduate training talent and traditional ordinary undergraduate and higher vocational training talent are distinguished. The rational strategy of the cultivation mode of technical undergraduate talents is summarized, and the analysis frame of talent training mode is put forward. Technical undergraduate talent training practice is a strong evidence to verify the characteristics of this model. Through the Shanghai Institute of Electrical Engineering Zhejiang University of Technology. The training programs of mechanical and electrical talents in three universities of Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College are compared, and the students in three colleges are investigated by questionnaire. The main conclusions are as follows: the orientation of training objectives is different; There are great differences in the curriculum in the training content; Different ways and contents of training evaluation; There is little difference in teaching evaluation; There is no obvious difference in the teaching management system in the training system. The theoretical discussion and the practice of talent training show that the mode of cultivating technical undergraduate talents should take "technician" as the target of talent training, and construct the knowledge structure based on the cultural foundation of undergraduate level and the theory of technology. The public basic course of technical undergraduate should embody the orientation of higher and professional, and the professional curriculum should pay equal attention to both theory and ability. The training of talents should adopt the teaching method of systematic skill learning and carry out the practice of paying close attention to the cultivation of practical skills. Training system. The training evaluation should be based on the diversified evaluation of high skill cultivation and the implementation of the double certification system based on the professional qualification certificate. This is the requirement of idealized construction. It is the direction of promoting the cultivation of technical undergraduate talents.
