【摘要】：科学发展观正在引导社会各个领域的深刻变化,以科学发展观来看中国当前的素质教育,会发现它存在着不少的问题,在科学发展观的指导下不断加强和改进素质教育,推动考试改革。素质教育中的全面发展是在德、智、体、美、劳等各方面的发展,更主要从人自身发展的角度揭示出人的全面发展是我们所追求的最终目标。素质教育是教育领域的一种科学的发展观,但就目前的实施情况看,还存在着一些问题,与科学的发展观有点背道而驰,因此,我们必须顺应科学发展观的要求,进一步推进素质教育,而考试作为一种教育的手段,引导着教学双方朝着教育目标前进。由于传统的考试严重的妨碍着学生综合素质的全面发展而形成的教育过程中的种种问题,要建立健全教学、考试的各种评价体系,是实现人的全面发展的需要。

Because the traditional exam seriously All kinds of problems that are hindering the comprehensive development of students' comprehensive quality and the various evaluation systems of teaching and examination are necessary to achieve the all-round development of human beings.
