【摘要】：大学校园文化是大学文化的重要组成部分，是人类文明在特定时期和特定环境中的缩影，集中体现出鲜明的时代特征。正如弗里乔夫卡普拉【1】（Fritjog Capra）所言“网络对于所有生活都是很普通的一种模式，哪里有生活，哪里就有网络。”从工业社会向信息社会过渡中，网络途径是大学校园文化建设走向更高发展阶段的必由之路。在大学校园文化建设的视阈内，网络是工具，而非目的。一方面，网络途径深刻地影响着大学校园文化建设的内容、形式和进程；另一方面，网络途径又不能完全实现大学校园文化建设的目标、宗旨和本质。与此同时，由于网络自身的开放性、自由性、虚拟性、无限性等特点和网络使用者在道德素质、生活背景、价值观念、行为选择等方面的差异，使大学校园文化建设的网络途径既呈现出诸多不可比拟的优势，又同时存在一系列难以回避的问题，既迎来了更多机遇，也面临着更多挑战。大学校园文化建设的网络途径也不仅仅局限于校园内部网络。随着计算机技术的发展和人们思想观念的变迁，大学与社会之间的联系越来越紧密。大学教职员工和大学生在自主选择参与的校外网络中所进行的与大学校园文化相关的信息交流、文化活动等也构成了大学校园文化的一部分，并且发挥着重要作用。此外，网络途径的参与者能够在最大程度上享受平等、自由和民主，因而，最大限度地调动所有人的积极性、主动性和创造性，为大学校园文化建设服务。本文从方法论和工具理性的视角探讨大学校园文化建设的网络途径。正文共分为三个部分，第一部分，从硬件、软件建设和主体参与程度等方面展示了当前我国大学校园文化建设网络途径发展现状；第二部分，对大学校园文化建设网络途径中出现的主要问题进行分析；第三部分，，结合网络发展规律和主体诉求，探讨大学校园文化建设网络途径发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Campus culture is an important part of university culture, and it is the epitome of human civilization in a specific period and environment. As Fritjog Capraa puts it, "the Internet is a very common model for all life, where there is life." In the transition from the industrial society to the information society, the network approach is the only way for the construction of university campus culture to move to a higher stage of development. In the perspective of campus culture construction, the network is a tool, not an end. On the one hand, the network approach has a profound impact on the content, form and process of the campus culture construction. On the other hand, the network approach can not fully achieve the goal, purpose and essence of campus culture construction. At the same time, because of the openness, freedom and virtual nature of the network itself. The characteristics of infinity and the differences of network users in moral quality, life background, value concept, behavior choice and so on, make the network way of university campus culture construction present many unparalleled advantages. At the same time, there are a series of inescapable problems, which not only welcome more opportunities, but also face more challenges. With the development of computer technology and the change of people's ideas, the network approach of campus culture construction is not limited to the campus inner network. The relationship between university and society is getting closer and closer. University staff and college students exchange information related to campus culture in the off-campus network in which they choose to participate. Cultural activities, such as cultural activities, also form part of the campus culture and play an important role. In addition, the participants in the network channel can enjoy equality, freedom and democracy to the maximum extent, thus. To mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of all people to serve the construction of campus culture. This paper discusses the network approach of campus culture construction from the perspective of methodology and instrumental rationality. The text is divided into three parts: the first part, from the hardware. In the aspects of software construction and subject participation, it shows the current situation of the development of the network way of campus culture construction in our country. In the second part, the main problems in the construction of campus culture network are analyzed. The third part, combined with the law of network development and the main demands, discusses the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the network way of campus culture construction.
