【摘要】：大学生是我们国家宝贵的人才资源，是中华民族的希望、祖国的未来。他们属于思想最活跃、情感最敏锐、智力发展快的特殊群体。大学阶段，也正是他们身体和心理健康发展、成熟的最为关键的时期。随着我国经济的高速发展和社会主义现代化建设步伐的加快，大学生的心理、思想都随之发生了深刻的变化,他们所承受的心理压力、产生的心理问题远大于以往。因而保障大学生的身心健康，促进大学生的健康发展，使大学生具备健全的人格和良好的社会适应能力，便越发重要。科学教育、正确引导，是保障他们的身心健康的关键。校医院担负着重要的职责。然而医患关系紧张是社会的普遍认同，是全社会关注的重大民生热点，更是和谐社会中亟需解决的问题。在高校这一特殊环境，高校医患关系虽然与社会不尽相同，也存在着影响医患不和谐的因素，影响高校医护人员的育人作用在大学生教育中无法充分发挥。针对这一问题，着重从学生、学校、医护人员三个方面进行调查、分析和探讨，对医护人员的育人作用无法充分发挥的原因进行总结，，并就如何解决这一问题，给出了建议和对策。
[Abstract]:College students are valuable human resources of our country, is the hope of the Chinese nation, the future of the motherland. They are the most active thinking, emotional intelligence is most sensitive, fast development of special groups. The university stage, it is their physical and mental health development, the most critical period of maturity. With the rapid development of China's economy the construction of socialist modernization and to accelerate the pace of College Students' psychological thought, have been profoundly changed, they have to bear the psychological pressure, psychological problems than in the past. So the protection of College Students' physical and mental health, promote the healthy development of college students, so that students have a sound personality and good ability to adapt to society, then more and more important. Science education, the correct guidance, the key to protect the health of their body and mind. The school hospital plays an important role. However, the tension in the doctor-patient relationship is generally accepted society At the same time, people's livelihood are the major focus of the whole society, it is urgent to solve the problems in the harmonious society. In this special environment in Colleges and universities, colleges and universities doctor-patient relationship, although not the same with the society, there are also factors affecting the physician-patient disharmony, the education function of university staff in the education of college students can not give full play to. This problem, mainly from three aspects of students, schools, medical staff investigation, analysis and discussion, unable to give full play to the educational function of the medical staff are summarized, and how to solve this problem, gives the suggestions and Countermeasures.
