【摘要】：职业社会化是个体成为合格社会劳动者所必须经过的人生历程,对大学生而言,大学阶段是其职业社会化的关键时期,但事实上就业质量不佳和职业社会化不足已经成为当今高校毕业生中存在的典型职业问题。本研究旨在了解大学生职业社会化的现状,并探索如何利用职业生涯教育促进大学生职业社会化的发展。研究采用问卷和访谈调查,问卷调查297名在校大学生,访谈30名相关人员,进行数据分析,结果表明：大学生在职业社会化的职业决策自我效能感、职业价值观和职业探索三方面上存在差异。其中,有效的职业探索又对职业决策自我效能感和职业价值观的起到正向促进作用。大学生职业社会化的不足主要体现在职业规划形式化,解决问题能力弱；自我发展要求高,工作激情显露少；职业实践经历少,职业活动能力低等三方面。根据当今社会对毕业生职业社会化的要求,高校职业生涯教育作为促进大学生职业社会化发展的平台,已然在课程设置、工作布置、实训基地设立等方面都初具规模,但仍存在诸多亟待解决的问题。研究提出要注重职业生涯教育的实用性,以职业社会化为目标,将课堂教学、实习实践和研讨辅导三种形式相结合,并分阶段地开展关于涵盖职业决策自我效能感、职业价值观、职业探索等内容的职业生涯教育。
[Abstract]:Occupational socialization is the life course that an individual must go through to become a qualified social laborer. For college students, the university stage is the key period of their professional socialization. But in fact, the poor quality of employment and the lack of vocational socialization has become a typical vocational problem among college graduates. The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of the vocational socialization of college students. And explore how to use career education to promote the development of professional socialization of college students. Questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate 297 college students and 30 related personnel. The results showed that college students had a sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making. There are differences in the three aspects of professional values and career exploration. Effective career exploration also plays a positive role in promoting the sense of self-efficacy and professional values in career decision-making. The deficiency of college students' vocational socialization is mainly reflected in the formalization of career planning and the weak ability to solve problems. High demand for self-development, less work passion; There are three aspects: less experience in professional practice and lower ability in professional activities. According to the requirement of graduates' professional socialization, college career education, as a platform to promote the development of college students' professional socialization, is already in the course of setting up and working arrangement. The establishment of practical training base has taken shape, but there are still many problems to be solved. The study suggests that we should pay attention to the practicability of career education and take the socialization of occupation as the goal to teach in class. In this paper, the author combines practical practice with discussion and guidance, and develops career education which includes self-efficacy in career decision-making, career values and career exploration.
