【摘要】：随着我国高校教育改革的持续深化和高等教育的大众化，高校面临的社会和内部环境发生了较大变化。新的形势对高校学生事务管理工作的数量和质量都提出了更高的要求。高校学生事务管理需要与时俱进、因地制宜，从教育、管理层面转为向学生提供全面的支持与服务。旧的学生事务管理体制和方法已不能适应新形势的需求，因此，本文关于高校学生事务管理的研究同时具有理论和现实意义。本文通过运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法，将我国和国外高校学生事务管理的研究现状进行了概括性总结。将1978年改革开放后我国高校学生事务管理的发展历史分为萌芽期、探索期、初步建立期和全面发展期，通过对每个历史时期的梳理，归纳出我国高校学生事务管理的传统特点和新特点。通过进一步的研究分析，总结出新时期我国高校学生事务管理存在的问题：既我国高校学生事务管理受传统观念影响之下的泛政治化倾向；学生事务管理队伍的职业化、专业化尚待完善和学生事务管理模式的弊端，并就这三个问题进行了深刻剖析。针对研究结果，本文提出了提高我国高校学生事务管理的对策。首先，要积极构建“以人为本”的管理理念，牢固树立“服务意识”，通过建立激励、自我管理和非正式组织等途径，发挥学生的主体性作用。其次，在我国高校学生事务管理模式的创新中，明确管理模式的建构原则，确立学生事务管理的地位和学生服务意识，，实现公关层面的专业化管理和管理组织的扁平化；最后，强调学生事务管理队伍的专业化建设：明确新形势下管理队伍专业化、职业化的大趋势，通过确立学生事务管理的专业地位、规范管理人员的工作制度和推进管理人员专业化建设，完成我国高校学生事务管理的创新战略。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of higher education reform and the popularization of higher education in China, Great changes have taken place in the social and internal environment faced by colleges and universities. The new situation has put forward higher requirements for the quantity and quality of student affairs management in colleges and universities. The old system and method of student affairs management can no longer meet the needs of the new situation. Therefore, the research on student affairs management in colleges and universities has both theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, through the use of literature, expert interviews and logic analysis, and other research methods, The research status of student affairs management in colleges and universities in China and abroad is summarized in this paper. The history of student affairs management in colleges and universities after the reform and opening up in 1978 is divided into three periods: budding period, exploring period, initial establishment period and comprehensive development period. By combing each historical period, the traditional and new characteristics of student affairs management in colleges and universities in China are summarized. The problems existing in the management of student affairs in colleges and universities in China in the new period are summarized: the tendency of pan-politicization of student affairs management in colleges and universities under the influence of traditional concepts, the professionalization of student affairs management team, The specialization remains to be perfected and the malpractice of student affairs management mode, and the three problems are deeply analyzed. In view of the research results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management of student affairs in colleges and universities in China. Firstly, we should actively construct the management concept of "people-oriented", firmly establish "service consciousness", and set up incentives. Secondly, in the innovation of student affairs management mode in our country, we should make clear the construction principle of management mode, establish the position of student affairs management and student service consciousness. Finally, it emphasizes the professional construction of student affairs management team, and clarifies the trend of professionalization and professionalization of management team under the new situation. By establishing the professional status of student affairs management, standardizing the working system of management personnel and promoting the professional construction of management staff, the innovative strategy of student affairs management in colleges and universities in China is completed.
