高等教育中外合作办学策略研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化以及高等教育国际化,对国际型人才需求越来越多,中外合作办学应运而生,蓬勃发展。实行中外合作办学有利于引进国外优质的教育资源,加快我国教育改革开放进程,缩小我国教育与发达国家之间的差距。实行中外合作办学还有利于推动教育管理体制改革。 中外合作办学最早产生于20世纪80年代初,于90年代初步形成,尤其是在我国加入WTO之后,中外合作办学得到了迅速发展,办学规模不断地扩大,办学层次逐渐地提高,办学的模式也在日益变得多样化。但由于中外合作办学是我国教育在经济全球化的背景下与国际接轨的一种尝试和探索,鉴于国内原有的教育体制和水平与国外先进教育模式的差距,以及新旧教育观念的相互撞击,随着中外合作办学的深入发展,也出现了一些不容忽视的矛盾和问题,,并在一定程度上影响了中外合作办学的健康发展。 本文首先对中外合作办学的历史进行了回顾,并在此基础上描述、分析了高等教育中外合作办学的发展现状及其特点,针对我国高等教育中外合作办学发展的现实需要以及社会、经济、科技、文化等发展对中外合作办学事业健康发展提出的新要求,结合高等教育中外合作办学教育的成功经验和先进模式,采用了文献研究法、比较研究法、历史研究法、典型案例分析法、调查研究法,归纳出关键性的质量影响因子,提出了相应的改进意见措施和创新思路,为我国高等教育中外合作办学事业科学发展提供建议,促进其持续、健康、和谐发展。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy and the internationalization of higher education, there is more and more demand for international talents. Speeding up the process of educational reform and opening up in China, narrowing the gap between China's education and developed countries, and carrying out Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools are also conducive to promoting the reform of the educational management system. Sino-foreign cooperative education was first formed in 1980s and initially formed in 90s. Especially after China's entry into WTO, Sino-foreign cooperative education has developed rapidly, the scale of running schools has been continuously expanded, and the level of running schools has been gradually improved. The mode of running a school is becoming more and more diversified. However, the Sino-foreign cooperation in running a school is an attempt and exploration for our education to connect with the world under the background of economic globalization. In view of the gap between the original domestic educational system and the foreign advanced educational models, and the collision between the old and new educational concepts, with the further development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, there are also some contradictions and problems that can not be ignored. And to some extent affected the healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. This paper first reviews the history of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, and on this basis describes the current situation and characteristics of the development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher education. In view of the realistic needs of the development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in higher education in China and the new requirements put forward by the development of society, economy, science and technology and culture for the healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperative education, Combined with the successful experience and advanced mode of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher education, this paper adopts the methods of literature research, comparative research, historical research, typical case analysis, investigation and research, and concludes the key quality influencing factors. This paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and innovative ideas to provide suggestions for the scientific development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher education in our country, and to promote its sustainable, healthy and harmonious development.
