知识异质性视角下的大学衍生企业知识网络研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化的深入和知识经济的快速兴起，知识在经济和社会发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。理论界和实业界对知识转移和产业化问题的关注度日益提高。大学衍生企业是知识转移与产业化的一种重要模式，并在20世纪后期逐渐成为研究的热点，虽然取得了一定的研究进展和成果，但还未形成一套成熟的理论来指导其发展方向。目前，学者们对大学衍生企业知识网络的研究成果还比较少，本文以大学衍生企业为研究对象，在对文献梳理的基础上试图从知识异质性视角下对大学衍生企业知识网络及其演化机制进行系统研究。本文首先从大学职能的演化入手说明大学服务社会这一功能对其科技成果转化的推动，从而引出大学衍生企业的形成与发展。基于知识属性、知识主体以及知识存在空间三个角度具有的异质性，本文分析了大学衍生企业知识网络的构成要素和结构。本文动态地分析了大学衍生企业知识网络的成长机制。一方面，针对大学衍生企业知识网络的形成，本文分析了其内生内发机制、内生外发机制和外生内发机制；另一方面，本文针对大学衍生企业知识网络的拓展过程，，分析了拓展过程中的试错机制、磨合机制、深化机制。在理论研究的基础上，本文以清华大学的衍生企业——清华同方为对象，通过案例分析，揭示了大学衍生企业的知识网络演化机制。案例研究表明，知识网络中异质性知识资源的耦合是大学衍生企业快速成长的关键，也是提升其竞争力的基础。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid rise of knowledge economy, Knowledge plays a more and more important role in the development of economy and society. The academic and industrial circles pay more and more attention to the problem of knowledge transfer and industrialization. University derivative enterprises are an important mode of knowledge transfer and industrialization. In 20th century, it gradually became the focus of research. Although it has made some progress and achievements, it has not yet formed a set of mature theory to guide its development direction. Scholars have done little research on the knowledge network of university derivative enterprises. In this paper, we take the university derivative enterprises as the research object. On the basis of literature review, this paper attempts to systematically study the knowledge network and its evolution mechanism of university derived enterprises from the perspective of knowledge heterogeneity. This paper begins with the evolution of university functions and explains how the function of university serving society promotes the transformation of its scientific and technological achievements, thus leading to the formation and development of university derivative enterprises. Based on the heterogeneity of knowledge subject and knowledge existence space, this paper analyzes the elements and structure of knowledge network in university derivative enterprises. In this paper, the growth mechanism of the knowledge network of university derivative enterprises is analyzed dynamically. On the one hand, in view of the formation of the knowledge network of university derivative enterprises, this paper analyzes its endogenous endogenous mechanism, endogenous exogenous mechanism and exogenous endogenous mechanism, on the other hand, This paper analyzes the trial and error mechanism, running-in mechanism and deepening mechanism in the process of expanding the knowledge network of university derivative enterprises. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper takes Tsinghua Tongfang, a derivative enterprise of Tsinghua University, as the object, and reveals the evolution mechanism of knowledge network of university derivative enterprises through case study. The coupling of heterogeneous knowledge resources in knowledge networks is the key to the rapid growth of university derivative enterprises and the basis for enhancing their competitiveness.
