高校学生工作队伍职业倦怠问题研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育发展和教育体制改革的深入,我国高校己经进入了职业倦怠的高发期,教师职业倦怠己成为近年来受关注的热点问题。上世纪90年代末以来,为适应我国高等教育由精英型向大众化转型的发展需要,各省、市都陆续新建了一批本科高校,专职从事学生教育管理工作的高校学工队伍得到迅速的发展壮大,队伍也越来越趋于年轻化、专业化和职业化。关注研究这批年轻学工队伍的职业倦怠,对于他们的职业发展和地方高校的科学持续发展具有重要的现实意义。 本文正是在此背景下,选取以往被关注较少的高校学工队伍作为研究对象,探讨剖析其产生职业倦怠的成因与防范措施。文章主要结构如下: 第一部分,概述了文章的选题背景及意义,介绍了国内外关于高校教师职业倦怠的研究现状和本文采用的主要研究方法,明确本文的研究内容。 第二部分,通过对职业倦怠概念的产生和发展、职业倦怠的内在属性和外在表现的阐述概括,界定高校学工队伍职业倦怠的涵义,对高校学工队伍职业倦怠的表现进行了具体分析。 第三部分,介绍高校学工队伍职业倦怠的危害,分别从学工队伍自身发展、学生和学生家庭以及高校和社会三个角度指出学工队伍职业倦怠的危害性。同时从学工队伍自身、学生、高校和社会四个因素分析了高校学工队伍职业倦怠的形成原因,重点剖析了高校学工队伍产生职业倦怠的内因。 第四部分,提出了防范高校学工队伍职业倦怠的措施。结合高校学工队伍职业倦怠的表现与成因,分别从构建社会支持系统、学校支持系统和自我支持系统三个方面提出了具体的防范措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education and the reform of education system in our country, colleges and universities in China have entered the period of high incidence of job burnout, and teachers' job burnout has become a hot issue in recent years. Since the end of -10s, teachers' job burnout has become a hot issue. In order to meet the needs of the transformation of higher education from elite to popular, every province and city has established a batch of undergraduate colleges and universities one after another, and the team of university students who are full-time engaged in the management of students' education has been rapidly developed and strengthened. The research on the job burnout of these young students is of great practical significance for their professional development and the sustainable scientific development of local colleges and universities. Under this background, this paper selects the academic workers who have received less attention in the past as the research object, and discusses the causes and preventive measures of their job burnout. The main structure of the article is as follows:. In the first part, it summarizes the background and significance of this paper, introduces the research status quo and main research methods adopted in this paper, and clarifies the research content of this paper. The second part, through the emergence and development of the concept of job burnout, the internal attributes and external performance of job burnout, define the meaning of job burnout. This paper makes a concrete analysis on the performance of job burnout of the academic staff in colleges and universities. In the third part, the author introduces the harmfulness of the job burnout of the academic workers in colleges and universities, and points out the harmfulness of the job burnout from the perspectives of the self-development of the academic workers, the students and their families, and the universities and the society, and at the same time, from the perspective of the study-workers themselves, Four factors, students, universities and society, have analyzed the causes of the formation of job burnout, and analyzed the internal causes of the job burnout of the academic workers in colleges and universities. In the 4th part, the author puts forward the measures to prevent the job burnout of the academic workers in colleges and universities, combining with the manifestation and causes of the burnout of the academic workers in colleges and universities, constructs the social support system, respectively. School support system and self-support system three aspects of specific preventive measures.
