【摘要】：面对经济全球化的挑战,我国将扩大教育开放,提高教育国际化水平作为重要的发展战略。在近期出台的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出“加强国际交流与合作。培养大批具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务与国际竞争的国际化人才。”等一系列规定。湖南师范大学作为唯一的湖南省省属国家‘211’工程大学,学校的国际化发展情况可以在很大程度上反映湖南省高校国际化发展的现状。通过对湖南师范大学国际化现状的反思,有利于找到学校国际化进程中出现问题的真正原因以及探索解决这些问题的对策,为完善大学国际化的理论研究与推动学校发展提供有益的参考。本文首先运用调查法,对湖南师范大学进行实地调查研究,描述了湖南师范大学在国际化观念和规划方面的情况,统计了从2005年至2010年期间外出访学教师人数和来校访学或任教的教师人数、出国留学学生人数和来校留学的学生人数,分析了学校合作交流项目情况和合作伙伴总体水平,以及学校在教学方式和课程设置方面与国际接轨所做的努力。在文章的第三部分,笔者提出湖南师范大学国际化发展面临的问题,如缺乏系统的国际化战略,国际交流人数不多,合作层次有待进一步提高,课程设置与教学方式落后等。在论文的最后一部分,笔者尝试针对湖南师范大学国际化发展所面临的问题提出相关对策1.寻求外界先进的技术支持2.树立先进的国际化发展观念3.建设一批高素质的教师队伍4.扩大外国留学生规模5.积极寻求合作伙伴6.课程设置国际化7.改革教学方式与国际接轨等。
[Abstract]:In the face of the challenge of economic globalization, China will expand the opening up of education. Raising the level of internationalization of education is an important development strategy. Hunan normal University, as the only national university of engineering in Hunan Province, The development of internationalization of colleges and universities in Hunan Province can reflect the current situation of internationalization to a great extent. Through the reflection on the current situation of internationalization of Hunan normal University, it is helpful to find out the real causes of the problems in the process of internationalization of Hunan normal University and to explore the countermeasures to solve these problems. In order to improve the theoretical research of university internationalization and promote the development of the university to provide a useful reference. Firstly, this paper makes a field investigation on Hunan normal University by using the method of investigation. This paper describes the international concept and planning of Hunan normal University, and counts the number of overseas visiting teachers, the number of visiting or teaching teachers, the number of students studying abroad and the number of students studying abroad from 2005 to 2010. This paper analyzes the situation of the school cooperative exchange project and the overall level of the partners, as well as the efforts made by the school to keep pace with the international standards in teaching methods and curriculum. In the third part of the article, The author points out the problems that Hunan normal University faces in the development of internationalization, such as the lack of systematic internationalization strategy, the small number of international exchanges, the need to further improve the level of cooperation, the backwardness of curriculum design and teaching methods, etc. In the last part of this paper, The author tries to put forward the relevant countermeasures in view of the problems facing the internationalization development of Hunan normal University 1.
