理工科大学生人文素质教育研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化时代的到来和我国社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,我们面临的已不单纯是发展科学技术、提升人类物质文明的问题。片面强调经济的发展使得人们的人文素质日趋下降。高校理工科大学生是我国社会主义现代化建设的重要力量,能否将他们培养成全面发展的高素质人才,关乎国家的前途和命运。而在社会多元化的今天,高校理工科大学生面对日趋激烈的社会竞争和就业压力,片面重视专业知识的学习而忽视自身人文素质的发展,导致自身的人文知识水平和人文实践能力偏低。因此,深入探讨理工科大学生人文素质教育问题,探索进行理工科大学生人文素质教育的有效对策,是高等教育面临的一项重要任务。 逐渐重视理工科大学生人文素质是当今高等教育发展的趋势。国内外许多关于人文素质教育的著作或资料都对大学生人文素质教育问题进行了相关的深入探讨,理论基础比较深厚,研究成果也比较丰富。本文主要探讨理工科大学生人文素质教育问题,借鉴国内外相关的理论成果,运用文献分析法、问卷调查法、理论研究与实证研究相结合等方法,结合调查问卷的一手资料,对理工科大学生人文素质教育的现状进行了探讨,并归纳了其产生的原因,提出了理工科大学生人文素质教育的有效对策。本文分以下三部分展开论述: 第一部分系统论述了人文素质教育的相关概念、人文素质教育的特点、人文素质教育的内容、加强理工科大学生人文素质教育的意义以及我国近现代人文素质教育的发展。 第二部分结合自编问卷,,对理工科大学生人文素质教育现状进行了探讨,总结了理工科大学生人文素质教育存在的问题,并对其进行归因分析。 第三部分提出了理工科大学生人文素质教育实施的有效途径。第一,确立了人文素质教育原则,包括以学生为本、与时俱进、系统优化、理论和实践相结合等原则;第二,加强学校教育保障,更新教育理念、改革与完善课程体系;第三,提高师资队伍人文素质;第四,拓展人文素质教育渠道,包括加强校园文化建设、开展社会实践活动、引进心理咨询的方法;第五,建立人文素质教育评估体系;最后,要加强学生的自我教育。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of economic globalization and the rapid development of our socialist market economy, what we are facing is not simply the development of science and technology. The problem of promoting the material civilization of human beings. The one-sided emphasis on the development of economy makes people's humanistic quality decline day by day. The college students of science and engineering are the important force in the socialist modernization construction of our country. Whether or not they can be trained into high-quality talents with all-round development is related to the future and destiny of the country. In today's diversified society, college students of science and engineering are facing increasingly fierce social competition and employment pressure. One-sided attention to the study of professional knowledge and neglect of the development of their own humanistic quality, resulting in their own level of humanistic knowledge and humanistic practice ability is low. Therefore, the in-depth exploration of science and engineering college students humanistic quality education, It is an important task for higher education to explore the effective countermeasures of humanistic quality education for college students of science and engineering. It is the trend of the development of higher education to pay attention to the humanistic quality of science and engineering college students gradually. Many books or materials on humanistic quality education at home and abroad have carried on the related thorough discussion to the university student humanities quality education question. The theoretical foundation is deep, the research result is also rich. This article mainly discusses the science and engineering university student humanities quality education question, draws lessons from the domestic and foreign correlation theory achievement, uses the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method, Combining the theoretical research with the empirical research and the primary data of the questionnaire, this paper probes into the present situation of the humanistic quality education of science and engineering college students, and sums up the reasons for its emergence. This paper puts forward the effective countermeasures of humanistic quality education for science and engineering college students. This article is divided into the following three parts:. The first part systematically discusses the related concepts of humanistic quality education, the characteristics of humanistic quality education, the content of humanistic quality education, the significance of strengthening humanistic quality education of science and engineering college students and the development of humanistic quality education in modern China. The second part discusses the current situation of humanistic quality education of science and engineering college students, summarizes the existing problems of humanistic quality education of science and engineering college students, and analyzes its attribution. The third part puts forward the effective ways to carry out humanistic quality education for science and engineering college students. First, it establishes the principles of humanistic quality education, including student-oriented, keeping pace with the times, systematic optimization, combination of theory and practice, etc. Strengthen the school education guarantee, renew the educational idea, reform and perfect the curriculum system; third, improve the humanistic quality of the teaching staff; 4th, expand the channels of humanistic quality education, including strengthening the construction of campus culture, carrying out social practice activities, To introduce the method of psychological consultation; 5th, to establish the evaluation system of humanistic quality education; finally, to strengthen students' self-education.
