医学类独立学院信管专业学生的专业需求个案研究

【摘要】:独立学院是在中国高等教育大众化蓬勃发展的进程中应运而生的新事物,2001年创办的昆明医学院海源学院,成为云南省唯一一所医学类本科独立院校。2009年成立的信息管理与信息系统专业(计算机技术医药卫生应用方向),旨在培养医院信息化进程中所需要的医学类计算机信息管理复合型人才。面对市场,学生的专业需求现状是什么,学校提供的条件与学生的专业需求之间的差距是什么,如何改进以满足学生的专业需求成为此次研究的主要内容。 本研究以昆明医学院海源学院信管专业的140名学生为对象,采用问卷调查法和访谈法进行实证研究,将专业需求划分为课程设置、学习环境、专业实习、教师指导和班级文化五个维度及15个指标。运用SPSS v19.0进行统计分析,对假设进行检验,得出以下3个结论: (1)对问卷涉及到的五个维度15个指标进行对比研究,学生的满意度和重要性绩差均为负值,且呈现出负相关;即学生认为所有15个专业需求的指标都重要,但是都不满意,并且随着指标重要性程度的提升,学生的满意度会降低。运用配对样本T检验,得出学生对专业需求指标的重要性和满意度之间存在差异。(2)通过卡方检验,得出学生的专业需求程度会因为年级、性别、生源地、分科、户籍类型和志愿类型等因素而发生显著变化。其中不同年级学生需求差异显著;不同性别、生源地、分科、户籍类型学生的专业需求的指标差异相近;不同志愿类型学生需求差异特殊。(3)通过独立样本T检验和F检验,得出不同年级、性别、生源地、分科、志愿类型的学生对专业需求各指标满意度均存在差异,有的存在显著差异;只有来自城镇和农村这类不同户籍类型的学生在专业需求涉及的各指标满意度上没有差异。 对于提高独立学院信管专业学生的专业需求,从以下3个方面提出改进对策:(1)以学生为中心,面向社会需求培养应用型人才;(2)突出医学院信管专业办学特色,提升专业信心;(3)精简课程并调整开设时间,加大实践性课程比例;选用适合三本学生的教材,课外开放机房并完善设施,增加图书馆专业藏书;扩充实习基地并提前安排见习;增加实践类师资,知识与方法指导并重;加强学习交流建立良好的班级文化等。
[Abstract]:The Independent College is a new thing in the process of the vigorous development of the popularization of higher education in China. In 2001, the Haiyuan College of Kunming Medical College was founded. In 2009, the specialty of information management and information system (computer technology, medicine and health application) was established in order to cultivate the medical computing needed in the process of hospital informatization. Computer information management complex talent. Facing the market, What is the current situation of students' professional needs, what is the gap between the conditions provided by the school and the students' professional needs, and how to improve to meet the students' professional needs has become the main content of this study. In this study, 140 students majoring in information management in Haiyuan College of Kunming Medical College were investigated by questionnaire and interview, and their professional needs were divided into curriculum design, learning environment and practice. Five dimensions and 15 indicators of teacher guidance and class culture. Using SPSS v19.0 to carry on the statistical analysis, to test the hypothesis, draw the following three conclusions:. 1) A comparative study of 15 indicators of the five dimensions involved in the questionnaire showed that the difference in satisfaction and importance of students was negative and negatively correlated; that is, the students thought that all the indicators of all 15 major needs were important, but they were not satisfied. And with the improvement of the importance of the indicators, the degree of satisfaction of students will be reduced. Using paired sample T test, it is concluded that there is a difference between the importance and satisfaction of students' professional demand indicators. It can be concluded that the degree of students' professional demand will change significantly because of grade, gender, place of origin, division, household registration type and voluntary type, among which different grade students have significant difference in demand; different gender, place of origin of students, division of subject, etc. The difference of professional demand of students of household registration type is similar, and the difference of demand of students of different voluntary types is special. 3) through independent sample T test and F test, we can get different grades, gender, place of origin, division of subjects, There are significant differences in the satisfaction degree of students of voluntary type to each index of professional demand, and only students of different household registration types such as urban and rural areas have no difference in the satisfaction degree of each index involved in professional demand. In order to improve the professional needs of the students majoring in fiduciary management in independent colleges, this paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures from the following three aspects: (1) focusing on students and training applied talents to meet the needs of the society, we should give prominence to the characteristics of running schools of the specialty of trust management in medical schools. (3) to streamline the courses and adjust the opening time, increase the proportion of practical courses, select the teaching materials suitable for the three students, open the computer room after class and perfect the facilities, increase the library professional book collection, expand the practice base and arrange the probation ahead of time; Increase practical teachers, knowledge and method guidance, and strengthen learning communication to establish a good class culture.
