云南省独立院校和公立高校本科生择业观比较研究

【摘要】:择业观是指人们对选择某种社会职业的根本看法和基本态度。它是择业者职业理想的直接体现,是人们的内心世界在择业过程中的折射与反映。自1999年高校扩招以来,许多学者己经对大学生择业观的现状、原因以及对策建议3个方面展开研究并取得一定的成果。但是,针对独立院校学生和公立高校本科生择业观的比较研究非常少。本文旨在通过问卷调查法对两类高校不同学生群体的择业观进行调查研究,并分析影响两类高校本科生择业观的因素。本文和之前的研究不同在于在对独立院校和公立高校4所高校在校本科生调查的基础上进行分析、对比,研究了两类高校择业观的现状、特征以及差异,分析了造成这种差异的原因,最后提出了相应的对策。全文共分6个部分:第一部分为前言,主要介绍了本科生择业观研究的背景及意义,研究的现状和不足,本文的研究对象和方法以及主要创新点。第二部分介绍了择业和择业观、独立院校和公立高校的相关概念,并对独立院校和公立高校进行了对比。第三部分为独立院校和公立高校本科生择业观的现状,以性别、生源地、家庭收入为横轴,以职业评价标准、择业价值取向和职业选择为纵轴分析了两类高校本科生择业观的现状;同时,还总结了两类高校本科生择业观的共性和差异性。第四部分分析了造成两类高校本科生择业观差异的原因,从校园文化角度、用人单位方面和国家就业政策制度分析了造成这种差异的原因。第五部分为引导云南省大学生树立正确的择业观的思考及建议:第一,学校要努力营造形成大学生正确择业观的校园文化氛围;第二,大学生要认清就业形势,树立全新的择业观;第三,用人单位要树立正确的人才观;第四,国家加大对高校政策的倾斜力度,特别是对独立院校制度、师资和课程设置上的问题。第六部分,总结了全文研究的主要结论,并指出研究的不足与展望。
[Abstract]:The concept of career selection refers to people's fundamental view and basic attitude towards choosing a certain social occupation. It is the direct embodiment of the career ideal of the job seekers and the refraction and reflection of people's inner world in the process of choosing a job. Since 1999, the enrollment of colleges and universities has expanded. Many scholars have carried out research on the present situation, reasons and countermeasures of college students' view of employment. However, some achievements have been made. There are very few comparative studies on the views of independent college students and public university undergraduates. This paper aims to investigate the different types of college students' views on job selection by means of a questionnaire survey. The difference between this paper and the previous research is based on the investigation of undergraduate students in independent colleges and public universities. This paper studies the present situation, characteristics and differences of the two kinds of views on employment in colleges and universities, analyzes the causes of the differences, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the preface, This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the research on undergraduate's view of job selection, the present situation and deficiency of the research, the research object and method and the main innovation points. The second part introduces the concepts of the concept of job selection and job selection, independent colleges and universities and public universities. The third part is about the present situation of undergraduates' view of career selection in independent colleges and public universities, taking gender, student origin, family income as the horizontal axis, and the criteria of career evaluation. This paper analyzes the present situation of the two kinds of undergraduates' view of career choice in the vertical axis of career choice and career choice. At the same time, In 4th, the author analyzes the reasons for the difference between the two kinds of undergraduates' views on job selection, and analyzes the reasons from the perspective of campus culture. The author analyzes the reasons for this difference in the aspect of employing unit and the national employment policy system. Part 5th is the thinking and suggestion to guide the college students in Yunnan Province to set up a correct view of employment: first, The school should strive to create a campus cultural atmosphere for students to form a correct outlook on employment; second, college students should recognize the employment situation and establish a new outlook on employment; third, employers should establish a correct outlook on talent; 4th, In part 6th, the author summarizes the main conclusions of the full text research, and points out the deficiency and prospect of the research.
