我国高校大学生雷锋精神研究

【摘要】：中国共产党十七届六中全会指出：“优秀的传统文化凝聚着中华民族自强不息的精神追求和历久弥新的精神财富,既是发展社会主义先进文化的深厚基础,又是建设中华民族共有精神家园的重要支撑。”雷锋精神作为我国优秀传统文化资源和道德资源,如何正确引导高校大学生,构建大学生“学”、“用”一体的道德价值体系,已成为当前一项紧迫而重要的课题。本论文所要研究的是高校大学生雷锋精神问题,非同于一般的社会青年道德或高校大学生道德课程建设等问题,而是借助于雷锋精神,树立一个高校大学生道德体系建设的标杆。论文第一部分阐述了研究的背景、目的和意义,并结合国内外理论研究的现实情况,确立本文所要研究的基本思路和创新之处。第二部分主要分析了当前我国高校中雷锋精神的现实环境,进一步明确了雷锋精神的内涵,总结了雷锋精神的形成过程,并通过评析当前关于高校大学生对雷锋精神的种种争论,树立雷锋精神正确的价值导向,随后分析了实践雷锋精神的主体、介体、环体三方面的现实状况。第三部分主要从理想信念、主体人格、价值观念、纪律规范四个方面出发,通过对当前高校大学生雷锋精神的调查和访谈,客观分析和总结了当前高校大学生雷锋精神困境的表现及其原因。第四部分主要阐述了当前我国高校大学生雷锋精神建设的依据、原则和目标。第五部分在充分遵循当前我国高校大学生雷锋精神建设的依据、原则和目标的基础上,细致分析雷锋日记,查阅关于研究雷锋及雷锋精神的研究文献,结合当前高校大学生雷锋精神的现实情况,从理想信念坚定化、主体人格健全化、价值观念明确化、纪律规范行为化四个子系统建设的角度出发,构建高校大学生以雷锋精神为核心的道德体系,并以此希望能将四个维度的体系建设与时俱进,因时而变,薪火相传,为世界共享。
[Abstract]:The sixth Plenary session of the 17 Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "the outstanding traditional culture condenses the Chinese nation's unceasing spiritual pursuit of self-improvement and enduring spiritual wealth, which is the profound foundation for the development of advanced socialist culture. It is also an important support for the construction of a common spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation. "Lei Feng Spirit, as an excellent traditional cultural and moral resource in China, how to correctly guide college students, construct the moral value system of students" learning "and" using "", It has become an urgent and important subject at present. This thesis is to study the problem of Lei Feng spirit of college students, which is not similar to the general social morality of young people or the moral curriculum construction of college students, but with the help of Lei Feng's spirit. The first part of the thesis expounds the background, purpose and significance of the research, and combines the reality of theoretical research at home and abroad. The second part mainly analyzes the realistic environment of Lei Feng spirit in colleges and universities in our country, further clarifies the connotation of Lei Feng spirit, summarizes the forming process of Lei Feng spirit. By analyzing the current debates on Lei Feng's spirit among college students, and setting up the correct value orientation of Lei Feng's spirit, the author analyzes the main body and medium of practicing Lei Feng's spirit. The third part mainly starts from four aspects of ideal and belief, subject personality, value concept and discipline standard, through the investigation and interview of Lei Feng spirit of college students at present. This paper objectively analyzes and summarizes the manifestations and causes of the psychological predicament of Lei Feng, a college student. Part 4th mainly expounds the basis of the construction of the spirit of Lei Feng, a college student, in our country. On the basis of fully following the basis, principles and objectives of the construction of Lei Feng spirit of college students in our country at present, the article analyzes Lei Feng's diary carefully, and consults the research literature about Lei Feng and Lei Feng's spirit. Combining with the reality of Lei Feng spirit of college students at present, from the point of view of the establishment of four subsystems, such as firm ideal and belief, sound personality of subject, clear value concept and discipline and standard behavior, To construct the moral system of university students with Lei Feng spirit as the core, and hope to make the system construction of four dimensions keep pace with the times, change from time to time, pass on the fire, and share for the world.
