沈阳市高校武术教师现状调查与分析

【摘要】:随着《全民健身计划纲要》的颁布与实施,武术作为高校体育公共课的重要内容,其作用和价值得到越来越多的重视。为了进一步推进高校武术的顺利实施和开展,本文对沈阳市术教师的现状进行了调查和分析,希望通过这一调查,使高校武术教师认识到自己肩负的伟大使命,发现自身不足,努力为武术教学事业的发展做出自己的贡献。通过问卷调查和走访的形式对沈阳市高校武术教师的结构现状(包括年龄结构、 数量结构、职称结构、学历结构、专项结构等)、教学工作情况(包括其按时上下课情况、备课情况、大纲执行情况、教师工作能力、工作量等)、科研情况(包括科研立项情况、科研成果数量、教师的外语、计算机水平等)、福利待遇等进行了认真调查,并在此基础上运用数据处理软件和逻辑分析方法对调查结果进行了认真处理和分析,得出了以下结论:第一,沈阳市高校武术教师的年龄总体上呈现出年轻化的态势,以中青年教师为 主;但武术教师数量比例偏低,导致其工作量过大;职称结构合理,但与学历结构呈现“倒挂”现象;专业结构比较合理,但也存在非武术专业教师介入等问题。第二,沈阳市高校大部分武术教师能做到按时上下课,但也有少数人会迟到早退;武术教师的备课态度都十分认真,执行教学大纲的情况较为理想;武术教师对传统教学方法的使用过大,对一些有创意的教学方法利用不足;动作示范能力比较强,但很多教师却忽视了武术理论的讲解和武术文化的传播;学生对武术教师教学满意度不高,认为武术教师的教学内容过于复杂,教学方法单一。第三,沈阳市高校武术教师的科研立项和科研成果数量都比较少,这既与武术老师的科研能力有关,同时也表明学校对武术教师教学和科研的重视力度不够。第四,沈阳市高校武术教师学习计算机、外语的意识和积极性都比较高,但整体水平仍然偏低。第五,沈阳市高校武术教师的福利待遇因学校补助标准的不同而有所差异,同一所学校,,体育教师和其他科目教师的补助标准也不同。
[Abstract]:With the promulgation and implementation of the outline of the National Fitness Program, Wushu, as an important part of the public course of physical education in colleges and universities, has been paid more and more attention to its role and value, in order to further promote the smooth implementation and development of Wushu in colleges and universities. This article has carried on the investigation and the analysis to the Shenyang city art teacher's present situation, hoped through this investigation, causes the university martial arts teacher to realize oneself to shoulder the great mission, discovers own insufficiency, Through questionnaire survey and visit, the author tries to make his own contribution to the development of Wushu teaching in colleges and universities in Shenyang, including the age structure of Wushu teachers in Shenyang, and makes great efforts to make their own contribution to the development of Wushu teaching. Number structure, professional title structure, academic background structure, special structure, etc., teaching work (including the situation of attending classes on time, preparing lessons, implementing outline, working ability of teachers, etc.), The workload and scientific research (including the establishment of scientific research projects, the number of scientific research achievements, teachers' foreign languages, computer skills, welfare benefits, etc.) have been carefully investigated. On the basis of this, we use data processing software and logic analysis method to deal with and analyze the results of the investigation, and draw the following conclusions: first, the age of martial arts teachers in colleges and universities in Shenyang presents an overall trend of rejuvenation. Young and middle-aged teachers. Main; but the proportion of Wushu teachers is too low, which leads to excessive workload; the structure of professional title is reasonable, but the phenomenon of "hanging upside down" with the structure of education; the professional structure is reasonable, but there are also problems such as the involvement of non-Wushu teachers. Second, Most Wushu teachers in Shenyang can attend and leave class on time, but a few of them will be late and leave early, Wushu teachers' attitude of preparing lessons is very serious, and the situation of carrying out the syllabus is ideal. Wushu teachers use too much of traditional teaching methods and lack of use of some creative teaching methods, but many teachers ignore the explanation of Wushu theory and the spread of Wushu culture. Students are not satisfied with Wushu teachers' teaching. They think that Wushu teachers' teaching content is too complicated and their teaching methods are single. Thirdly, the number of Wushu teachers' scientific research projects and scientific research achievements in Shenyang is relatively small. This is not only related to Wushu teachers' scientific research ability, but also shows that schools do not pay enough attention to Wushu teachers' teaching and research. 4th, Wushu teachers in Shenyang's colleges and universities have a high awareness and enthusiasm for foreign languages. However, the overall level is still low. 5th, the welfare treatment of martial arts teachers in Shenyang is different because of different school subsidy standards, the same school, physical education teachers and other subject teachers have different subsidy standards.
