跨学科团队科研中研究生科研能力培养探究

【摘要】:随着跨学科研究的开展,跨学科科研团队也在不断地走向成熟。研究生的培养是跨学科团队一个重要任务。跨学科团队中研究生的培养质量,从微观上看关系到团队的可持续发展,从宏观上看关系到未来国家的科研实力。如何增强跨学科团队中研究生的科研能力,如何满足经济社会对应用型、复合型高层次人才的需求是摆在我们面前的重要问题。本文基于相关研究成果,结合调查和案例分析,探讨研究生科研能力构成要素,研究影响跨学科团队中研究生科研能力发展的因素,从而探索相应的培养策略。 论文的第一、二章运用文献法总结了跨学科研究团队建设研究的背景,研究生招生状况与研究生严峻就业形势以及在跨学科科研中研究生科研能力的培养的情况。同时,对研究生科研能力、跨学科、高校科研团队等相关概念进行解释和界定并论述有关跨学科科研团队对研究生科研能力培养方面的相关研究与理论综述。第三章主题是影响研究生科研能力的因素分析。 论文第四章的第一、二节,从研究生的投入时间、精力、参与的活动、与导师的交流等方面描述了作者实地调研的两个跨学科团队。这两个个案研究呈现了当前高校跨学科团队运行现状的基本图景,探讨顺畅运行的经验及影响研究生科研能力提升的因素。两个团队的大小不同、内部管理方式不同(例如,其中一个团队有严格的签到制度);但是两个团队都位于跨学科的大平台之中,有着理想的跨学科交流环境,团队领导人学高身正,学生有着强烈的学习动机,积极自主地投入学习和科研;两个团队都形成了积极互动的师生关系、生生关系。从而,学生个人的内因(追求知识的动机)与外因(良好的平台环境和优秀的导师)形成了良性互动,促进研究生科研能力的提升。调研还发现,在跨学科平台中的学生管理存在着“三不管”现象,亟需加以改进。第四章的后几节,作者比较研究了剑桥大学卡文迪什实验室、麻省理工学院计算与系统生物学平台两个国外著名的跨学科平台培养研究生科研能力的情况,发现了较为类似的成功因素。 在前文论述基础上,论文的最后一章探讨了跨学科团队中研究生科研能力培养和提升的策略。作者提出研究生科研能力培养的“七力组合模式”,这“七力”包含了“交叉力”(营造更好的跨学科研究环境,拓展与挖掘跨学科的面与度)、“内驱力”(培养与启发研究生科研动力与科研信念)、“保障力”(完善跨学科平台研究生能力培养的“后勤服务”)等等。期望该模式能为跨学科团队中研究生科研能力培养的理论研究与实践工作的深入提供可资借鉴的素材。
[Abstract]:With the development of interdisciplinary research, the interdisciplinary research team is also continuously maturing. The cultivation of graduate students is an important task of the interdisciplinary team. From the micro point of view, it is related to the sustainable development of the team, the macroscopic view to the future national scientific research strength, how to strengthen the research ability of the graduate students in the interdisciplinary team, how to satisfy the economic and social applied type, The demand of complex high-level talents is an important problem in front of us. Based on the relevant research results, combined with investigation and case analysis, this paper discusses the constituent elements of graduate students' scientific research ability. This paper studies the factors that affect the development of graduate students' scientific research ability in cross-disciplinary teams, and explores the corresponding training strategies. The first and second chapters summarize the background of cross-disciplinary research team building, the situation of graduate enrollment and graduate students' severe employment, and the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research ability in interdisciplinary scientific research. Scientific research ability of graduate students, interdisciplinary, The related concepts such as scientific research team in colleges and universities are explained and defined, and the related research and theory on the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research ability by interdisciplinary scientific research team are discussed. Chapter three is the analysis of the factors that affect the graduate's scientific research ability. Actively and autonomously engaged in learning and scientific research; both teams formed a positive and interactive teacher-student relationship. The internal causes of students (motivation for pursuing knowledge) and external causes (good platform environment and excellent mentors) have formed a positive interaction, promoting the improvement of graduate students' scientific research ability. There is a "three no" phenomenon in student management in the interdisciplinary platform, which needs to be improved. In the latter sections of Chapter 4th, the author makes a comparative study of the Cavendish Laboratory of Cambridge University. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Computing and Systems Biology platform (MIT), two famous interdisciplinary platforms abroad, have found similar success factors in cultivating graduate students' scientific research ability. On the basis of the foregoing, In the last chapter of the thesis, the author discusses the strategies of cultivating and improving the research ability of graduate students in interdisciplinary teams. The author puts forward the "seven forces combination model", which includes the "cross force". A good interdisciplinary research environment, To expand and excavate the interdisciplinary aspects and degrees, "internal drive" (to cultivate and inspire graduate students' scientific research motivation and scientific research belief), "support power" (to perfect the "logistics service" of graduate students' ability training on interdisciplinary platform) and so on. It is expected that this model will be helpful to the development of graduate students' ability. The theoretical research and practical work of the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research ability in cross-disciplinary teams provide the material for reference.
