高校辅导员工作学基本问题研究

【摘要】：随着教育体制的不断发展与深化改革,对于高校的教育工作以及高校的发展都提出了更高的要求,然而由于学生是学校的主体部分,所以学生的综合发展状况以及学生与学校之间的联系程度都会对学校的发展造成非常严重的影响。现如今许多高校都意识到了教育的重要性,所以在教学工作方面不断加强,但是往往忽略了学生除学习之外的其他方面的发展,尤其是在思想政治方面,这是需要高校注意的问题。为此本文针对当前我国高校辅导员工作中的问题以及影响因素进行了简单的分析,并且结合实际问题及情况提出了相应的解决办法,希望能够为辅导员更好地开展工作而带来一定的帮助。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and deepening reform of the educational system, higher requirements have been put forward for the educational work and the development of colleges and universities. However, since students are the main part of the school, Therefore, the comprehensive development of students and the degree of connection between students and schools will have a very serious impact on the development of schools. Nowadays, many colleges and universities are aware of the importance of education, so they are constantly strengthening their teaching work. But they tend to ignore the development of students in other areas other than learning, especially in the ideological and political fields. This paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the work of college counselors in our country, and puts forward the corresponding solutions according to the actual problems and situations. Hope to be able to better work for counselors and bring some help.
