思想政治教育视野下的大学生人格教育

【摘要】：回顾改革开放的三十多年,我们教育事业取得了非凡的成就,实现了两大历史性的跨越,具体表现为：义务教育实现普及和高等教育迈入大众化。我国高等教育从1998年起开始实施扩招,全国国内高等学校在校生在2003年达到1900万人,在校生人数规模首次位居世界第一；到2010年,全国高校仅毕业生规模就达630余万人,在校学生规模更是超过2500万。高校毛入学率由1998年的9.8%提高到2003年的17%,2010年更是上升到26.5%。根据国务院2010年5月审议通过的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2012—2020年)》中相关数据,2020年的40%的高等教育毛入学率将再创历史新高。如此庞大的大学生群体,一方面它为社会主义建设提供了数量可观的人力资源,另一方面,它也向我国高校人才培养模式提出了挑战。我国研究者对高等教育理论的研究表明,人格对一个人的成人成才有着举足轻重的作用。如今,培养大学生健全的人格,使其具有良好的做人表现,愈来愈引起高等教育工作者的重视。在推动国家发展和社会现代化进程方面,广大的大学生群体无疑是重要的人才资源,他们成才愿望强烈,智力水平高,渴望为社会做出贡献。但是与此同时,由于市场经济的负面影响、网络的负面效应及自我修养的忽视等因素,他们中的大多数人往往在求学过程中出现了理想信念迷失、德智发展不平衡等人格缺陷,不容轻视。虽然新时期,我国学术界在大学生人格教育研究方面取得了一定成果,但是研究明显滞后,不深入、不系统。本文通过对相关人格知识的梳理、整合,立足于思想政治教育学科的理论与方法论,在人格教育目标上创造性地提出了三级目标体系,把人格教育的内容划分为五个方面,希望能对完善我国大学生人格教育研究做出贡献。
[Abstract]:Looking back at the more than 30 years of reform and opening up, we have achieved extraordinary achievements in our education and achieved two historic leaps and bounds, China's higher education has been expanded since 1998, and the number of students enrolled in institutions of higher learning in China reached 19 million in 2003. For the first time, the number of students in school ranks first in the world. By 2010, the number of college graduates in China alone had reached more than 6.3 million. The gross enrollment rate of colleges and universities increased from 9.8% on 1998 to 17 on 2003, and on 2003 to 26.55.According to the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan adopted by the State Council on May 2010, In 2020, the 40% gross enrolment rate in higher education will reach a record high. On the one hand, it provides a considerable amount of human resources for socialist construction, on the other hand, it also challenges the talent training model in colleges and universities in China. The research on the theory of higher education in our country shows that personality plays an important role in the adult development of a person. In promoting the development of the country and the process of social modernization, the vast group of college students is undoubtedly an important talent resource. They have a strong desire to become talents and have a high level of intelligence. But at the same time, due to the negative effects of the market economy, the negative effects of the network and neglect of self-cultivation, most of them often lost their ideals and beliefs in the course of their studies. The imbalanced development of morality and intelligence and other personality defects should not be belittled. Although the academic circles of our country have made some achievements in the research of personality education of college students in the new period, the research has obviously lagged behind and is not deep enough. Based on the theory and methodology of ideological and political education, this paper creatively puts forward the three-level goal system on the goal of personality education. The content of personality education is divided into five aspects, hoping to contribute to the improvement of personality education of college students in China.
