【摘要】：改革开放30多年来，我国的研究生教育取得了辉煌的成果，研究生规模逐步扩大，从1978年的1万余人发展到2010年的47万余人，为国家共招收和培养了各类研究生近350万人。近年来，由于高等学校本、专科不断扩招，将青年求学的积极性调动了起来，他们对高等教育的期望值也在提升。同时，高校的毕业生人数逐年递增，以致于毕业生就业的压力不断增加，使得相当数量的学生不得不追求更高层次的研究生教育，考研热瞬间成为高等教育的热点问题之一。随着我国高等教育的进一步扩招和大学生就业难等问题的加剧以及社会主义市场经济体制的建立，研究生教育出现了跨越式发展，招生规模迅速增长，那么如何在扩招的同时保证生源质量不下降则成为我们首先要考虑的问题，应该得到重视，因为生源质量的好坏将直接影响到研究生的培养质量。硕士研究生入学考试作为把好招生的质量关和招收优质生源的重要手段之一，是研究生招生和选拔人才的第一道关口，直接关系到研究生培养质量的高低。随着社会和经济的发展，国家对硕士研究生入学考试制度虽然进行了不断地改革和完善，由最初的尝试到逐步的规范，但作为一名参加过硕士研究生入学考试的研究生，笔者认识到其中仍然存在着一些问题。本文就是通过回顾1978年恢复研究生招生工作以来我国硕士研究生入学考试制度的发展历程，运用问卷法分析当前硕士研究生入学考试中存在的问题，比较并借鉴美国的成功经验，结合我国的实际国情，，尝试性地提出改革我国当前硕士研究生入学考试的建议，以促进我国研究生教育的健康发展。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, graduate education in China has made brilliant achievements. The scale of graduate students has gradually expanded from more than 10,000 in 1978 to more than 470,000 in 2010. Nearly 3.5 million graduate students of all kinds have been recruited and trained for the country. In recent years, due to the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the enthusiasm of young people to study has been aroused, and their expectations for higher education have also been raised. At the same time, The number of graduates in colleges and universities is increasing year by year, and the pressure of graduates' employment is increasing, which makes a considerable number of students have to pursue a higher level of graduate education. The hot spot of postgraduate examination has become one of the hot issues in higher education. With the further expansion of higher education and the difficulty of obtaining employment for college students and the establishment of socialist market economy system, graduate education has developed by leaps and bounds, and the enrollment scale has increased rapidly. Well, how to increase enrollment while ensuring that the quality of students does not decline becomes the first issue that we should consider, and should be taken seriously. Because the quality of students will directly affect the training quality of graduate students. As one of the important means to ensure the quality of enrollment and recruit high-quality students, the entrance examination for graduate students is the first pass for graduate students to recruit students and select talents. It is directly related to the quality of graduate training. With the development of society and economy, although the national entrance examination system of master degree has been reformed and perfected continuously, from the initial attempt to the gradual standard, as a graduate student who has participated in the entrance examination of the master's graduate student, The author recognizes that there are still some problems. This paper reviews the development of the postgraduate entrance examination system in China since the resumption of graduate enrollment work in 1978. By using the questionnaire method to analyze the problems existing in the current entrance examination of master students, to compare and draw lessons from the successful experience of the United States, and combining with the actual situation of our country, the author tries to put forward some suggestions to reform the entrance examination of master's graduate students in our country at present. In order to promote the healthy development of graduate education in China.
