校园文化对女大学生创业的价值及其实现途径

【摘要】：随着高校不断扩招，大学生就业问题日益严峻，，通过实施扩大就业的发展战略，促进创业带动就业成为解决我国就业问题的根本出路。众所周知，女大学生在就业过程中不占优势，因此要解决女大学生就业难问题也要通过鼓励女大学生创业，以创业带动就业。本文从校园文化的角度出发，探索校园文化在女大学生创业中的价值，寻找促进女大学生创业的具体途径。文章共分为五个部分：第一部分为引言部分，介绍了本文的选题依据、研究意义、国内外研究现状以及本文的研究思路、方法和创新点。第二部分重点介绍校园文化的内涵、分类及功能。通过对校园文化这一概念的剖析，重新认识校园文化，为下文校园文化与女大学生创业的结合研究打下基础。第三部分介绍了女大学生创业的特点、现状及女大学生创业者面临的主要障碍。通过对以上问题的分析和研究，对女大学生创业者的总体情况有一个概括了解，为下文的研究奠定基础。第四部分分析了校园文化对女大学生创业的价值。文章从创业动机、创业能力、创业环境三个方面分析了校园文化对女大学生创业的价值。第五部分探讨提高校园文化对女大学生创业价值的实现途径，主要通过对校园文化的物质方面、精神方面以及兼具物质和精神两个方面的中性校园文化的分析，探索提高校园文化对女大学生创业价值的具体实现途径。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, the employment problem of college students is becoming more and more serious. Through the implementation of the development strategy of expanding employment, promoting entrepreneurship and promoting employment is the fundamental way to solve the employment problem in China. Female college students are not dominant in the process of employment. Therefore, to solve the problem of female college students' employment difficulties, we should encourage female college students to start a business to promote employment. From the point of view of campus culture, this paper explores the value of campus culture in female college students' entrepreneurship and looks for specific ways to promote female college students' entrepreneurship. The article is divided into five parts:. The first part is the introduction part, which introduces the basis of the topic, the significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad as well as the research ideas, methods and innovations of this paper. The second part focuses on the connotation, classification and function of campus culture. Through the analysis of the concept of campus culture, we can re-understand campus culture, and lay a foundation for the following research on the combination of campus culture and female college students' entrepreneurship. The third part introduces the characteristics of female college students' entrepreneurship, the present situation and the main obstacles faced by female college students' entrepreneurs. Through the analysis and research of the above problems, there is a general understanding of the overall situation of female college students' entrepreneurs. To lay the foundation for the following research. Part 4th analyzes the value of campus culture to female college students' entrepreneurship, and analyzes the value of campus culture on female college students' entrepreneurship from three aspects: entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial environment. Part 5th discusses the ways to improve the value of campus culture to female college students, mainly through the analysis of campus culture in material, spiritual and both material and spiritual aspects of neutral campus culture. To explore the specific ways to improve the value of campus culture to female college students.
