【摘要】：教师质量的高低关乎教育事业的成败。中等教育在整个教育体系中发挥着承上启下的作用,其教师的培养也应引起高度的关注。英国的师范教育有着悠久的历史,经历了一系列的变革之后,形成了较为完善的师范教育体系。PGCE课程是英国目前最主要的职前教师培养课程,注重培养未来教师的教育胜任能力,课程结构较为合理,教育实习和教育评价体系较为完善。本文选取有着悠久历史的英国女王大学中等PGCE课程为研究对象,力图为我国职前教师教育课程的理论改革与实践提供有益的借鉴。论文首先在导论部分阐述了本研究问题的提出,分析了国内外相关研究的现状,界定了有关核心概念,论述了本研究的目标、内容与方法。正文部分主要由五部分组成：第一部分探究了英国女王大学中等PGCE课程产生的历史渊源,分析了其形成的社会背景,并对其形成进行动因分析；第二部分主要从培养目标、课程内容、课程结构、课程实施和课程评价五个方面将英国女王大学中等PGCE课程的表现形态加以呈现；第三部分通过对英国女王大学中等PGCE课程的实施过程的完整呈现,从教育理念、教育技能和教育实践能力三方面对其运作实效进行分析；第四部分主要从课程理念、课程结构、课程内容和教育实习四个维度对英国女王大学中等PGCE课程的特点进行归纳与总结；第五部分为启示与借鉴部分。通过对英国女王大学中等PGCE课程的全面分析与总结,结合我国师范教育的现状,详细论述了女王大学中等PGCE课程对我国职前教师教育教育课程的启示。
[Abstract]:The quality of teachers is related to the success or failure of education. Secondary education plays a connecting role in the whole education system, and the training of teachers should be highly concerned. The teacher education in Britain has a long history. After a series of changes, a relatively perfect teacher education system. PGCE curriculum is the most important pre-service teacher training curriculum in Britain at present. It pays attention to the training of future teachers' educational competence, and the curriculum structure is more reasonable. This paper selects the middle PGCE course of Queen's University of England as the research object and tries to provide useful reference for the theoretical reform and practice of pre-service teacher education curriculum in our country. At first, the paper introduces the question of this research in the introduction part, analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign related research, defines the core concepts, discusses the objectives, contents and methods of this research. The main body is composed of five parts:. The first part explores the historical origin of the secondary PGCE curriculum in Queen's University of England, analyzes the social background of its formation, and analyzes the causes of its formation. The second part mainly presents the performance form of the secondary PGCE curriculum in Queen's University from five aspects: the training goal, the curriculum content, the curriculum structure, the curriculum implementation and the curriculum evaluation. In the third part, the author analyzes the practical effect of the secondary PGCE course in Queen's University from three aspects: educational concept, educational skills and practical ability. Part 4th summarizes and summarizes the characteristics of the secondary PGCE curriculum in Queen's University from the four dimensions of curriculum concept, curriculum structure, curriculum content and educational practice. The 5th part is the enlightenment and reference part. Through the comprehensive analysis and summary of the secondary PGCE course of the Queen's University of England, combined with the current situation of the normal education in our country, This paper discusses in detail the enlightenment of the secondary PGCE course of Queen's University to the educational curriculum of pre-service teachers in our country.
